Stopped in to the Pasadena/Ritchie Hwy Dunkin' this morning and I had to share our experience....there's a young man (Caucasian, slim build, brown hair and some facial hair) who was FANTASTIC! He greeted us with such an upbeat, bright attitude and helped me figure out the Coolatta drink I like after I struggled to name it. Our drinks were out within one minute, which is lightning speed, and they were both delicious. Parking may get tight at times based on the location, however the store was clean and service was quick.Thank you so much to the man who served us. You brightened the morning and provided excellent service! We've never been to this Dunkin' location before but will return.

I went today to surprise my boyfriend with doughnuts and all of them were stale! I called to see what can be done and their only option was for me to come in and show the receipt. I am sick and I don’t want to make another trip there. I asked if I can send pictures of the doughnuts and receipt and she said “no.” Then I asked if I can speak to the manager and she hung up on me. So disappointed!!

Best DD in the area! Fills up coffee cup, hot, and very friendly staff. The other DD on Mt Rd coffee noticeably less full cup.

Their donuts are the same old thing. Dunkin is more of a sandwich, gourmet coffee shop, not a donut shop any more. They used to have a large variety of really good and different donuts, not now. Too many muffins, bagels and sandwiches. All good but they are not donuts.

I went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning to be highly disappointed. First they get both my drinks wrong, I DO NOT like green tea in my refresher, I never specified that I wanted that in there. Then the worker acts like he’s some know it all. He’s was rude and it wasn’t a place I wanted to be at. Do better Dunkin’!
