BEST DUNKIN EVER! I really wish other Dunkin’ locations would aspire to be like this location! The donuts are always fresh and SO good! Soft and yummy! Brought donuts in for my co workers one morning and they were shocked at how good the donuts were! My coffee always tastes good as well! Other Dunkin’s, the donuts just suck. Dry and firm and coffee is a hit or miss. So disappointing when I’ve been spoiled by this Dunkin’ in Pasadena!

Either out of chocolate or when they do have it they use so much milk it’s basically a 7$ chocolate milk barely any ice cream it sucks, this dunken used to make best milkshakes.

Avoid this Dunkin! Literally any other one in the area is better. Last time I ordered a sandwich from here my egg was ICE COLD and this time my sandwich is visibly burnt all over. I won’t be returning, it’s not worth the money wasted.

Coffee is a major component to Dunkin'. Donuts, please follow more instructions when making coffee for people. It's the start of their day. If it is not me correct, this should not be a problem. Sucking of the teeth rolling of the eyes, keep in mind that this drink costs $7 and some change. That's not cheap for one cup that only lasts for a about 10 minutes. They have so many devices that you can make it on your own at home.

I had the best customer service here this past week. I visited twice and had the nicest people ever. Sandra made me feel like I was family! I will be coming back again!

I’m not a difficult person to please. I asked for unsweet tea and they gave me sweet tea. I only found out after I left so I came back after I got the gas I was going out for. I told them I asked for unsweet tea and received sweet tea and asked if I could swap it out. They said okay.

And wouldn’t you know it, I got SWEETER tea. Is “unsweet” not part of their vocabulary or am I crazy?

I have never been as angry about a food order as I am right now.

paid 34 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 large iced drinks. they missed my donuts, muffin, and another drink.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte, a coffee, hashbrowns and a chocolate sprinkle donut. When they gave me my drinks the latte and coffee were the same size but the coffee was all the way filled and my latte was barley halfway full, they also forgot my hashbrowns and gave me a regular chocolate donut with no sprinkles. They charge you full price and can’t even get a simple order right its bullshit.

The morning crew is fast. Sometimes will mess up an order but for the most part they are correct. The afternoon crew has got to be the worst. They are always slow and inconsistent. Very very very slow afternoon crew.
