Coffee is a major component to Dunkin'. Donuts, please follow more instructions when making coffee for people. It's the start of their day. If it is not me correct, this should not be a problem. Sucking of the teeth rolling of the eyes, keep in mind that this drink costs $7 and some change. That's not cheap for one cup that only lasts for a about 10 minutes. They have so many devices that you can make it on your own at home.
The morning crew is fast. Sometimes will mess up an order but for the most part they are correct. The afternoon crew has got to be the worst. They are always slow and inconsistent. Very very very slow afternoon crew.
Did you know that now you need to count your munchkins before you leave? Well now you know you need to. We got home to notice that we only got 20 donuts and they are hard and crusted. You are a donut store you would think they would have the donut's fresh. If they're not fresh they should be tossed out not given to customers to give to their kids and family members.
