Yes they’re quick. Yes they get the drinks right (most of the time) but you walk in, they don’t acknowledge you at all unless you’re a regular? No “good morning” no nothing. Just got a lot of looks. I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes before someone asked me what my order was. Also, my dozen donuts were not fresh… they were also squished for no reason.

This place is the absolute worst. They are always unorganized, they constantly get confused what you ordered, they have a separate ticketing system for donuts that usually has your order not complete because they never check it, and they short you food. Stay away

The mini stuffed everything bagels are my favorite. But not from here, every time i order it from here they’re either cold, burnt, or the cream cheese is still frozen. But when i go to a different dunkin they get it perfect everytime.

I like this location and come here frequently. My only issue is that I always do mobile orders for pick up inside the store and have no problem with my drink being ready when I get there, but I usually always get a donut and they never put the donuts in the pick up area. So then I have to try to flag down a busy associate or get in line at the register to get my donut. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering “to go.”

Like everything else in today's world, dunkin has obviously downsized the size of their donuts and trying to find the creme in a creme filled is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Not worth it for what you pay.

Customer service was just horrendous. Man taking our order was rude and aggressive. I was amazed at how rude he was. Unacceptable. And on top of that the empanada I ordered came cold inside. I tried it right after I ordered. This was around 2:40pm on Sunday March 3

I held off on this review for a long time. But every time we come threw the drive thru they are always extremely rude. So I used my app to pay and tipped she didn't even say thank you for the tip then after giving me my stuff I was thank you still no response. How rude!
