Never got greeted or recognized, left standing there, girl at drive Thur & can hear a girl but don't see her ,anyways I'm still left standing, finallyyyyy drive Thur girl has to wait one now & guess WHAttttt??? I can't have a bucket, can't sell to me cuz it's AFTERNOON ??? WHY I AS SHE DONT KNOW ,,BUT HER MANAGER TOLD HER SHE CANT !!!!! THE DONUT TRAYS ARE A MESS!! VERY MESSY LOOKING ,, I have worked at 2 Dunks locations We/ I would've never treated customers this way & would never lose a sale,, I've came here before ,I WILL NEVER AGAIN !! I WAS GONA BUY A CUP, SANDWICHES,2 DRINKS AND BUCKET OF MUNCHKINS & DONUTS, NOPE JUST SAD,thanks 4 the letdown

I got the maple sugar bacon sandwich and the bacon was undercooked, nearly raw, and the egg was runny. Not to mention how a line was forming and no one addressed the speaker for a while.

The two girls working at this location on 11/26/24 afternoon were extremely rude. Not just to us but to the customers ahead of us also. Need much better customer service. Will not be coming to this store again.

I had a really bad experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Pasadena Maryland on fort Smallwood but I've also had four different bad experiences at three other Dunkin' Donuts recently so I've decided not to pay the outrageous prices because they will tell you anything and if they screw up your order they will take your money in a heartbeat but they won't do anything to make it right if they make a mistake

I ignored this issue the first time but I’m not letting it slide this time around. I ordered an ice caramel latte extra caramel and of course once again I got zero caramel added to it. This is unacceptable please pay attention n do your job correctly

The one woman at the drive through didn’t speak any English and gave me the wrong items. She was going to take them and put them back after we touched them. The other girl was extremely rude and ghetto. It was really bad! Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Parking: There's only around 12? spots and when it gets busy it can be a hassle but otherwise it's so worth it!
