this is the slowest moving dunkin’ donuts. if you have an hour to kill sitting in the drive thru, you should come here, if you want coffee that doesn’t take an hour you should go somewhere else. there is no sense of urgency and no customer service skills. staff is often rude.

Worst Frozen coffee ever big ice chunks I asked for oat milk due ne being lactose intolerant they obviously made with milk because and half our late my stomach is killing me. Wors service young women staffolays the entire time instead of taking orders. Older man seems to be owner operator spends too much time flirting with them to notice.

Never got greeted or recognized, left standing there, girl at drive Thur & can hear a girl but don't see her ,anyways I'm still left standing, finallyyyyy drive Thur girl has to wait one now & guess WHAttttt??? I can't have a bucket, can't sell to me cuz it's AFTERNOON ??? WHY I AS SHE DONT KNOW ,,BUT HER MANAGER TOLD HER SHE CANT !!!!! THE DONUT TRAYS ARE A MESS!! VERY MESSY LOOKING ,, I have worked at 2 Dunks locations We/ I would've never treated customers this way & would never lose a sale,, I've came here before ,I WILL NEVER AGAIN !! I got the maple sugar bacon sandwich and the bacon was undercooked, nearly raw, and the egg was runny. Not to mention how a line was forming and no one addressed the speaker for a while.

I had a really bad experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Pasadena Maryland on fort Smallwood but I've also had four different bad experiences at three other Dunkin' Donuts recently so I've decided not to pay the outrageous prices because they will tell you anything and if they screw up your order they will take your money in a heartbeat but they won't do anything to make it right if they make a mistake
