I had a really bad experience at the Dunkin Donuts in Pasadena Maryland on fort Smallwood but I've also had four different bad experiences at three other Dunkin' Donuts recently so I've decided not to pay the outrageous prices because they will tell you anything and if they screw up your order they will take your money in a heartbeat but they won't do anything to make it right if they make a mistake

I ignored this issue the first time but I’m not letting it slide this time around. I ordered an ice caramel latte extra caramel and of course once again I got zero caramel added to it. This is unacceptable please pay attention n do your job correctly

The one woman at the drive through didn’t speak any English and gave me the wrong items. She was going to take them and put them back after we touched them. The other girl was extremely rude and ghetto. It was really bad! Won’t be coming to this location anymore.

Can’t really speak any good for this location. Several times now I’ve gone through the line and they messed up my order. But mistakes happen, that’s not why I’m reviewing you. I’m reviewing you because SEVERAL times I have told you I ordered something else but because you put it in wrong on the receipt you try and tell me I didn’t order it. I know what I wanted. How does an English muffin sound like a multigrain bagel? And how are you going to tell me I’m wrong because you put it in incorrectly on the receipt? Go to the Dunkin on mountain road instead.
