Food turned out great. Crabs were fat and heavy, seasoned perfectly.
Food was terrible! Crab soup tasted like beef soup and the shrimp were so dry and overcooked they were dehydrated.
I don’t recommend doing business with them. They owe on several invoices in the thousands. After many repeated promises of payment for more than a year, they now don’t even respond. Most people make an honest living. Others make a living by taking advantage of others. Unfortunately, the Fifers are the latter.
Do not deliver to anyone in Pasadena without proof of driver's license or some proof that they are over 18 it is against the law
Liquor store review. Love the location, hate the prices. Prices for liquor, wine, and beer are 25%-75% more than anywhere else. To make matters worse, there are no price tags on the cases, bottles, or racks, so you only find out the price when your checking out. $15 for 1.5L Sutter Home as an example, $10 for the same thing down the road. Would love to shop here, but I’ll drive a few more minutes to save 50%.
Great atmosphere and great food. This is my go to spot for whiskey Wednesday. The whiskey selection is solid and it’s really convenient having a liquor store attached.
Not a crab house or seafood restaurant anymore. Used to spend over 100.00 a month or more , but now they have closed the restaurant and turned it into a liquor store with a small bar and some snacks. Another Crab House & fresh seafood restaurant bites the dust. Not sure they are going to make it on the booze only model , will see. Used to be good and nice people.
Crab Pretzel 🦀
Best liquor store in pasadena.
Took my kids to Fifer’s for some great seafood at Fifer’s. The crabs, wings and other food was excellent but I must mention our Server Chrissy Haskell. She made our visit special. Pleasant helpful and present always to help our experience there. Enjoy the food there and be sure to get one of her tables.

This is the first time I ordered from Fifers. It was delivery. I ordered haddock Broiled if possible and he said they could do that. It was overcooked and dry without even a piece of lemon on the side! I also ordered broccoli as my side and it was limp and grayish needless to say over done! I hope the other food is good and I will try it again maybe for dining out.
Amazing! Ordered delivery today and it was fast and fresh. The beet salad, fried pickles and Buffalo wrap were to die for! So nice to have a small business local restaurant that serves amazing food so close by. Good job guys!!
AS STATED IN OTHER REVIEWS THE FOOD AND DRINKS ARE GOOD..GOT A GRAPEFRUIT CRUSH AND TASTED DECENT, WOULD BE GREAT WITH REAL SQEEZED FRUIT.JUST SAYIN.only complaint was after ordering dz.and half jumbo crabs, which were good. We didn't finish about 8 crabs and asked to bag them to go..was then told by the waitress that on half price days ypu must leave your un eaten crabs behind.what..I bought them..its not "all you can eat " which i know you can't box up..no signs to warning before ordering..I had no choice but to repay for my own crabs to take with me.
Crab cake had no taste fries were cold and let's just say when it comes to sea food I'll stay with Pappas.very disappointed.
I have been here before and I enjoyed most of the times I have been to the restaurant. With that being said, I know that most restaurants are at 25% capacity and that is perfectly fine. I was going to meet some friends for lunch, who had gotten there a few minutes before me, but they were sure to let the host and waitress know that there was one more person coming. I am not sure why this place was doing self seating when you have a capacity limit to abide by because that makes zero sense, but I suppose that is beyond me... I walked into the restaurant to meet my friends who were already seated and then I was told they were at max capacity, when previously my friends were told I could come to the table when I walked in and it shouldn't be an issue. Thinking that they would account for the 6 people at the table and not just 5 (I guess that made too much sense). I told the host at the counter that I would happily wait until a spot was available and I gave him my name and number. He said he would call me when there was room for me in the restaurant, but that time never came... My buddy who was already sat at the table, came outside to talk with me while I waited. We waited for easily 30-35 minutes as I watched some tables leave the restaurant, so I thought I would be able to go in soon. My friend had asked the owner and the host if I could come in now and they still said no. The owner also tried to play d*** and not let my friend back in (Someone who was already sat at a table). All in all, the experience sucked and I eventually did leave, but never told them I was leaving, so that I could see if they chose to call me at some point to tell me I could come in. The entire day I never got a single phone call... Needless to say the situation and the lowered capacity was not handled in a sensible way at all. Don't have self seating when you have to abide by a 25% capacity because it leads to problems like I dealt with.
