My husband and I had not been here in a while. Went in at 10:30 am on 2/08/25, and I was craving lunch food. They had no issues prepping our lunch and the young man who waited on us was very nice, polite and answered my questions. Food was good and dining room was very clean.

I was really hoping for better visiting here. I love the brands ice cream, however breakfast at the restaurant wasn't great. Incorrect order came out at different intervals over 5 mins. Overcharged on substitution item. Oblivious host and server that were more interested in gossiping. Will not be returning here..new IHOP a block away.

Brought my daughter here as a surprise after she did her Taekwondo test and got her new belt.
We were sat after five minutes at the front, and then we waited for twenty-five minutes at our table before leaving, because no one came over to take any orders. Multiple servers walked by us, but none even acknowledged that we were there, and never stopped by. One literally bussed the table next to us and never acknowledged me even attempting to get her attention.
So disappointing. My kids were blown away by the abysmal service.
My daughter's comments: "I would like you to give better service and give better service to other people because when we were there your workers passed by us."
As of now, do not recommend.

We've been going to this Friendly's for years. Food is always good and the ice cream is usually delicious. Usually. We order with the app and if I can offer anyone a tip, make sure you pay VERY close attention when ordering.
First time this has ever happened, but I ordered a large peanut butter cup sundae with 3 scoops of vanilla. Done this many times, never had an issue. I got my sundae back today only to discover some form of glitch occurred in the app because it has my sundae listed as excluding everything but vanilla ice cream. The container was just filled with vanilla ice cream and it was too late to address the issue because this was a takeout order.
I'll eat this one because it's on me for not double checking the order (although I will say there is nothing in my online receipt reflecting that everything that made it a sundae was being excluded). However, I cannot help but wonder why no employee called to verify that item was correct. Vanilla ice cream is an ingredient of a sundae, no different than bread is an ingredient of a sandwich. If I ordered a sandwich and an online order said to exclude everything but the bread, I'd be suspicious if I were preparing the order. A courtesy call would have prevented some confusion.
