I was disappointed with my experience. The service was very slow, and at the end, the waitress entered a $7 tip without my consent. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but this time the service was poor, and I feel it was not deserved.

Our server, Al johnson who is also the manager was incredible. the restaurant was pretty empty but he made sure to seat us right away, spaced patrons out very well, and checked in on us whenever we needed anything. his service was incredible and he made sure we were happy and well fed :) cant ask for more !

We used to come here more often and the service was decent but today we were really disappointed. We were seated by a less than enthused male employee wearing an all blue shirt (maybe a manager?) who first took us to a table that was dirty and then decided to move us to another table. Our server overall was friendly and seemed pleasant. While were we eating our food, we asked if we could place a to-go order for the promo pancakes and she ended up bringing them out as a dine in order on a plate. When we reminded her they were to-go, she brought out a box to the table instead of having them boxed to go. Also, the promo pancakes looked nothing like the promo picture. Although the food tasted ok flavor-wise, the carelessness in the kitchen really shined because my toast wasn't even fully cut. One slice of bread was cut half way with a small cut and the second piece just had a line. They didn't even send the toast with any jelly, nor did the server offer any and there was no jelly at any of the tables. When I asked, she brought out two packets. We were wondering why the restaurant wasn't busy for a Sunday late morning but I think it's apparent that the service/management is lacking.

A few years ago, we used to come in for breakfast but stopped coming to this location due to poor service and management. Now, years later, we stopped in one day for breakfast, hoping they had changed. We were very pleasantly surprised. The new manager is a wonderful gentleman with a friendly smile who is hands-on. He will jump in to help his servers whenever and whatever is needed. The servers he has hired are efficient, pleasant, and welcoming. The food is good, well priced, and we are so glad we gave this location a second chance.

Is a cute little quaint place of IHOP. Service was great. If you can try to get Nova. But pretty much all the stuff was pretty nice. Food was pretty good and I'm always there for the mozzarella sticks.

We go here all the time with the family. The kids really love the pancakes. The food is always great. However, the speed and quality of service is almost always terribly slow. We have come to expect it. We know when we come here that we need extra time available and to not be in any rush. Additionally, this is the reason we usually decide to go elsewhere on our Sunday lunch days.
If you are in the mood for breakfast anytime and incredible pancakes, and you have the patience of Mother Theresa, you won't be disappointed. If you have anything on your calendar in the next couple hours, look elsewhere.

We've been coming here for years. Service and food keeps getting worse.
Ordered chocolate chip pancakes for pickup. Waited for 10 minutes at host stand. No one came to help us. We had to find someone. Food was not ready for 15 minutes after pickup time. There were no chocolate chips in the pancakes.
I asked for the manager. He was apparently at the bank. The servers seem annoyed and uninterested. This was the final straw. Never returning.
