Everything went fine I took my mother out for breakfast / lunch we stayed a little longer than anticipated. I bought my mother a new Apple iPhone and was teaching her how to use it. The server never came back to check if we wanted anything else after we initially paying the bill. we stayed for an extra 45 minutes without anyone checking on us.

I usually don’t leave reviews but felt the need to share this experience. The service at this IHOP was very disappointing. Our server Sanija never introduced herself appeared disgruntled and we had to flag her down multiple times. The food came out at different times and took longer than expected even though it was not busy.

What made this especially upsetting is that I brought my son here for his birthday and mentioned it several times with no acknowledgment at all.

I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years including previously working at IHOP so I know what right looks like. I always give grace because I understand things happen behind the scenes but leadership starts at the top and it showed here. The MOD did not touch tables or support the team and several staff members appeared unprofessional including wearing Crocs That’s a safety violation , leggings, shirts tied in a knot, what ever happen to slip resistant shoes and blacks slacks and clean shirts, aprons and name badges? Times have really changed.

I do want to give credit where it is due. The hostess Natalie was kind communicative and offered to help with my son’s birthday. She showed great customer service and effort.
She also was seen touching tables and being very helpful. This establishment is lucky to have her.
Overall this was a disappointing experience especially for a birthday visit.

Requested a table for 10 and was given a booth for 6. Had to pull over our own table. Drinks came out fast, but took a really long time for someone to come back for our food order. Once the food came out we were all pretty disappointed. Nothing outright inedible, just really nothing good to say. Poached eggs with rock solid yolks because the plate was probably microwaved, not to mention cold food all around.

Once again, my IHOP experience was awful! Iwalked in and was waiting for about 5-10 minutes for a host to come set me at a table, a waiter didn’t come to me until I asked the host for one, and then it took about 30 minutes for my one meal to come out (there was nobody else in the restaurant when this was happening by the way). While I was eating, a bunch of other people came in and there was no host again so nobody could be set at a table, there was a decently long line because of this.

My food wasn’t very good either, I got chicken and pancakes, the chicken was overcooked and the pancakes were bland, I also asked for syrup and they just never brought that out.

Yeah, so I’m probably never eating at an IHOP again, because every experience I’ve had has been horrible.

When I used the bathroom at the restaurant, I noticed that the toilet wouldn't flush completely. When I came out, I started smelling something that resembled a dead mouse. My husband and I ordered coffee and hot chocolate from a very nice waitress. As we waited, the smell grew stronger. My coffee wasn't hot, and after taking a couple of sips, the odor intensified. I asked the waitress, and she said it wasn't only her second day, but that others had also complained. I couldn't stand the smell anymore, and we both decided to leave and dine elsewhere. I informed the manager about the odor, and he told us there was a sewage backup. He said he had complained, but nothing had been done. Our hot chocolate and coffee cost about seven dollars and some change. I gave the waitress ten dollars and told her to keep the change. To me, it should have been free, and they should shut down the restaurant until repairs are completed. TERRIBLE experience. There was only one family there.

Worst experience EVER!! Took forever for food to come out, my pancakes were ICE COLD - granddaughter's waffle was cold as well, butter wouldn't even melt. Had them taken back and microwaved, then the syrup dispenser wouldn't work, it was gummed up,! After heating up the syrup, the dispenser broke!!
DO NOT GO TO THIS IHOP!!😡🤬

My husband and I visited this IHOP a few months ago on Mother’s Day. It was very busy and it seemed like there was only one server working. She was super kind, so we didn’t judge the situation even though the place looked a bit messy. We understood it was after the holiday rush.

Today we decided to give it another try since we were both off and excited to have breakfast together. We didn’t wait long at the host stand, but the experience went downhill from there. A man in a red shirt (possibly the manager) came to seat us. My husband greeted him politely, and he didn’t respond or acknowledge us at all.

When we got to the table, he basically dropped the menus and silverware and walked away. The booth was greasy and had scrambled eggs on the seat. We hesitated for a moment because if the person seating us didn’t even notice or care that the table was dirty, we imagined how difficult it would be to ask for a different booth or receive decent service.

We ended up leaving. Unfortunately, after this experience, we probably won’t return to this location.

I was disappointed with my experience. The service was very slow, and at the end, the waitress entered a $7 tip without my consent. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but this time the service was poor, and I feel it was not deserved.
