I had never had any issues until tonight. I was in drive thru for 10 mins & ignored by all employees they were near the window. There were only 3 employees, but, there were also only to walk in customers & 1 delivery driver in the store. I pulled out of the drive way & went around back to the parking lot & walked in. AGAIN, I stood there getting eye rolls, not 1 person acknowledged me, in fact, they ignored me. In the mean time, another car pulled up in drive thru & was waited on right away. Needless to say, after 27 mins, I canceled the delivery order. Not only did I lose $, but your customers are suffering from it. I never said a word to those 3 employees, but this is the 1st time ever, being treated like this in this store. I will be very cautious from now on when deciding to accept delivery orders from here. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Don’t order online through their website none of your customizations will be added and you will just get a dry sub with no toppings.

All around a terrible sandwich. Paid $20 including extra bacon. Sandwich had maybe 3 pieces on bacon barley any other toppings

Disappointed by recent changes like insisting on using the app or setting up an account to order. worse, the best sandwich you made was the grilled portobello mushrooms and it’s gone, and so are some other choices. also no french fries? we won’t be back. too bad. was nice while it lasted

I usually love this place because the workers are so friendly- but I guess they got new ones and the manager was pretty unkind. I’m 73 years old and asked for gluten free bread and he was so nasty about me having to pay extra money for it. He was basically like “ give me your money” and then took liken10 minutes making the thing.

I placed a pickup order an hour in advance. Order was ready when I arrived. Got home and specifications were not made as requested on EITHER sandwich. BUMMER. Mistakes happen of course. This was my experience.

My order took a full hour from the time I ordered it on the app to the time I received it. Unacceptable. It is usually pretty good but man that was upsetting.
