My order took a full hour from the time I ordered it on the app to the time I received it. Unacceptable. It is usually pretty good but man that was upsetting.

I had a MAJOR Gluten Reaction after eating here . They Unwrapped gluten Free Bread for Me and everything so not sure how it happened. Toppings maybe Contaminated with traces of Other People's Bread. and the Lady was Rude as others have said. Horrible

Just visited today the girl at the register was annoyed from the start and snapped at me when my daughter changed her mind about the color Gatorade she wanted . She stated my daughter put her mouth on it . I just simply paid for another. The girl decided to discuss the issue with another worker as I was waiting for my food. To top it off my sub was wrong ! Multiple times I have come to this location and the staff haven't been kind. I will drive to another location for better service from now on.

I went and got a sub in a bowl and the girl helping me was rude and had a snotty attitude. She acted like she was borther by helping me.She threw my food on counter and didnt even give a bag another worker had to. She threw my sub together in the bowl. I even sent a complaint to jersey mikes and no one got back to me. I will never come back to this location.

If you want hot subs order inside store or pickup inside. I have been stuck at the drive through 3 times with a car in front of me, last time today. I say last because I think I am done with this location. If the persons food isn't ready ask them to circle around don't just hold up the line. I don't enjoy a cold cheesesteak. Not just that but unless I am standing at the counter they seem to forget the extra meat A LOT.

This is an edit from a previous review i made when the food and service were not great. However after conversing with the owner and giving them a chance to redeem themselves they did amazingly.

The staff was efficient and friendly despite being really busy. Good attention to detail. Ingredients were of excellent quality. I liked the default meat to bread ratio, my husband ordered extra meat and was happy with that ratio. Very happy with our subs. Great value for the price. We will be back for sure.

As a local business owner I will never send another student to this place. Not only did the give wrong food. But because they cannot find my replacement order on their iPad they do t want to make it right . Bad business.
