I typically come to this jersey mikes every week sometimes multiple times a week. The owner is always 10/10 A+ quality. The lady who is regularly the cashier is also an extremely nice lady easily 10/10 quality. However neither of them were there today. Every Tuesday I drive home to Pasadena from Arnold and I usually go out of my way to stop at the Pasadena Jersey Mikes because I don’t like Severna Park’s service. When I went in today the Tuna was unbelievably runny and disgusting.Probably the worst quality tuna I have had in a while. I brought it back for a refund in hopes they would make me a new one. The lady was not very friendly and asked me if I wanted a refund or a new sub. She suggested that the tuna probably had too much mayonnaise in it (obviously). So I asked if I could see the tuna before I got a new sub it looked horrible. She did not offer to remake the tuna or anything just left the runny mess to serve to the next customer. I frustratingly took my refund and had to drive all the way to Severna park. To say the least I was very frustrated today. I come every week and spend my money there. I work in customer service and I would never treat a a customer like that. I ended up wasting so much gas and time just to get a quality sub. This has never happened here before I’m very disappointed to say the least.

I ordered a large Italian hoagie and the kid ruined it by putting so much oil and vinegar. It ruined my sandwich. My roll was soggy and wet by rhe time I got home .

The cook with the mustache and tattoo on his arm needs to find a new job. Everytime I come here they mess up my order and I need it remade. Every single time the cook will come and throw the remade order on the table because he gets the order wrong. The other staff even apologized for his actions and I honestly feel bad that they have to deal with him everyday. I'd rather drive all the way to Severna Park and get consistently good service than have to deal with this worker. Management needs to get this guy under control.

Great sandwich, just like always, especially since I order the same thing every time. BUT also, just like always, the guy ( person) with the knife needs to learn to cut ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE DAMN SANDWICH! This time the cross cut my regular was not even through the meat, much less thru the bottom bread. So if I was not at home, where would find a knife to cut the sandwich? Solution; make the knife person ( person cutting the sandwich in two) pulls the pieces apart. If it separates, great. If not, sandwich is free to the customer. Maybe the knife person could pay it.

My 1st time at Jersey Mike's.Felt it was a pretty small menu, or I just wanted fries. It seemed like a short sub.The sandwich was pretty good! Bread was delicious. I got some club, roast beef. DeliciousThey have a drive thru I think.

Please be more careful when preparing the food. Turkey sandwich had something hard and crunchy in it. Swallowed it a couple times assuming it came from the oregano seasoning. Towards the end of the sandwich I spit out one of the crunchy bits to see it was actually a thin piece of plastic, looking like might of come from a cutting board or scraps from a container. Will never order from here again unfortunately and would advise others to check their food before they eat.

worst service ever. I placed my order and then the wife was going to order and the person just ignored her completely. Then forgot one of my subs, rang up for fountain drinks and she didn't even give us the cups for it.
Best subs I have had since my college days many years ago . Particularly like the Big Kahuna.
