Horrible service. Ordered for delivery to home, 5 drinks but was missing one. Took 7 tries before I could get someone on the phone. Asked about it and they said they were out of the topping. Couldn’t reach out to me before saying they weren’t going to make it. I suppose they didn’t want to check with the driver to make sure the order was correct. Said they would refund but we’ll see where that goes. Absolutely terrible, don’t order delivery.

terrible service. my drink tasted very weird the coconut tea from here tasted like pepper. i thought it was the pudding topping that i got that tasted off so i asked the lady to remake it, she then argued with me and started talking to herself talking about me. she then went in the back and started yelling to whoever about me (i could hear her over the blender). the one in the mall is much much better just go there! and the sizes here are ridiculous mall is better.

I really love boba tea and this is what is driving my review. This Kung Fu Tea has seriously hurt my boba experience and they should be ashamed of the service they offer. Firstly , I always get the cocoa cream wow but at this place it might as well just be milk and boba balls. There is barely any brown sugar or syrup in the drink every time. You would think it’s just randomly but every single time they give you a drink made with little to no love. This is unacceptable! The last time the manager said it was because they were almost out of brown sugar to which I replied they should say it’s sold out then rather than sell very low quality drinks. Please do better and save other people’s boba experience cause we for me and my household we are deleting the king fu tea app because of this place!

Went today with my bf and sister . We got cocoa boba which literally was plain Milk and a drizzle of brown sugar . Sister got a cocoa slush . Tasted like hersheys syrup blended with ice . I ordered online and still waited in store 20 minutes . The Chinese girl and white guy sat there and ignored us sitting there waiting for order . Gave others who came after there order and they didn’t even order online. Waste of money especially if those 2 are going to play around and laugh like their job is a game .

Came in while it was 6ish earlier this week. Place was crowded with only one employee behind the counter, stressing and rushing to make multiple drinks. I want my drink made with effort, and not being rushed by one poor employee behind the counter struggling to make a drink, the quality is not upheld when one person is clearly doing all the tasks. The girl working kept rushing to the back and was constantly having to refill stuff while making many drinks simultaneously. When I went to order at the counter because I only had cash on me (I would have used the self ordering machines if I had my card to not make her stop everything to take my order) I asked her if they tip pooled. She said they didn't make any of the tips they received, which blew my mind considering how busy it was with just one person to make all the drinks. This is disgusting. Definitely would rather go to another location or another bubble tea spot all together. Drinks did come out good and the place is clean but please treat your employees with respect.
