Came in while it was 6ish earlier this week. Place was crowded with only one employee behind the counter, stressing and rushing to make multiple drinks. I want my drink made with effort, and not being rushed by one poor employee behind the counter struggling to make a drink, the quality is not upheld when one person is clearly doing all the tasks. The girl working kept rushing to the back and was constantly having to refill stuff while making many drinks simultaneously. When I went to order at the counter because I only had cash on me (I would have used the self ordering machines if I had my card to not make her stop everything to take my order) I asked her if they tip pooled. She said they didn't make any of the tips they received, which blew my mind considering how busy it was with just one person to make all the drinks. This is disgusting. Definitely would rather go to another location or another bubble tea spot all together. Drinks did come out good and the place is clean but please treat your employees with respect.
Please teach your employees to greet paying customers upon entry. Customer service is not good here. Boba tea is just okay.

They don't have good customers service n a lady in there she doesn't want to give a refund for a mobile order that I did by mistake
The tall skinny girl at the register was so rude not welcoming at all not greeting anyone throwing things around and just in a bad mood. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed or wanted to go back

When I ordered I asked for a large cocoa cream wow with 3x boba but instead I got a medium with regular boba instead of extra, I ended up paying 10$ for a regular boba instead of what I asked for. The service was also horrible, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! It is horrible.

Pros:Ample parkingLots of flavor selectionsCan order from a stand alone kiosk if you wantThey have the menu taped to the counter so you can remember when you get up thereConnected to a ramen place so fun to have lunch and bobaVery brightCan alter the sugar contentCons:Even though all the photos have boba you need to request it in your drinksStraws are poorly labeled (small a big) when they have medium and large drinks so you’d think small straw for medium drinks but alas if you get boba you want the big or else the boba will block the straw..learned the hard wayNot easy to see that you can alter the sugar content and when I noticed the woman sighed at like it was an inconvenience when she hadnt even made my drink yetNo sign on the outside so hard to know if you passed it
Dietary restrictions: Offer lactaid milk

Boba tea is one of my favorite things but I feel it's ridiculously overpriced. Almost $7 for a medium with bubbles? Wow. I just don't feel like it's worth it. If you get ice in it, it's probably about 3 or 4 oz of liquid. The three stars are mainly directed at the price. I usually have the coconut milk tea but recently decided to try the pistachio and honestly it all tastes the same unless you get some type of flavored topping. The staff is really really friendly, always very nice. That's a plus. But I'm not shelling out $7 (plus tip) for a drink very often. Maybe once every couple months, but I can't see doing it more often. If it was reasonable, say $4 including the bubbles, I would probably get one three or four times a week. Honestly it's just milk and tea with some boba in it.... not exactly something special and exotic. I think there's a place in Arundel Mills Mall that is $5.25 including the bubbles. A little more reasonable but still a little ridiculous.

I love kungfu tea! They feature a self-service style for customizing your boba drink. You can build any drink combination you want. This place has a wonderful staff and a fantastic atmosphere. This is my second time order from kungfu tea!

Always a pleasure dealing with this Kung Fu Tea location. I am glad they are conveniently located 5 mins down the road from me.The owner also runs Kanji next door. If you are in town pair the delicious Kung Fu Tea with some excellent Ramen.
