I don't know how these pizzas have gotten so awful. I certainly don't expect the quality of the original ledo, but even the franchise pizzas of a few years ago we're still decent, it's really the crust ledo and other Maryland style pizza places have always had a medium thickness flaky crust. The current pizzas from ledo are around 3/16 of an inch thick gooey and undercooked. Long gone is the light airy and fluffy crust. I don't know if they are making them well in advance possibly freezing them or what but they are not what they used to be

I had a party of eight. In the store there were two servers and one of them was ours. I needed the server three times and all three times I had to go find her. She never returned to ask us if we needed refills or anything else. We were the only customers she had the entire time we were there. The other server was very busy going back and forth between her party in the kitchen. Two of the three times we needed our server we asked the other server to get her for us. One of our orders was a salad and we had hair in the salad and I had to go find the server to replace it, which she did. The next salad we found more hair in the salad. We had to tell the server we wanted a manager it wasn't offered. The manager took the salad off the bill and gave us the employees discount. The manager told us they threw away the salad mixed and made new salad. We either leaders very frequently in the food is wonderful. However, the service is not the same everywhere we go. We visit the Lothian Ledo frequently and everything is wonderful.

Ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo, it was terrible, mushy and flavorless, I didn’t eat it , what a waste of money and in Covid times and Covid pricing it cost WAY too
