If I wanted to get my food from a parking spot I would order it as curb side. The parking lot is too tight and budy for me to want to back out of those spots. Also I don't need an attitude and my food to basically be thrown at me because I refused to park in those spots.

Impressive Detailing
Since kiosk have been installed customer service has gone down horribly. Had to ask multiple times if I could be served at the register. When I finally got a response it was with attitude from a lady that looked like she could possibly be management. Went to Dunkin Donuts next door instead which was a lot more busy inside but I was greeted kindly right away.

First time ordering here on app. Just picked up my food about 10 min ago. Ordered a $5 meal mcdouble, a large fries, and a double bacon cheeseburger. I come home and noticed a small fries is missing from the bag for the 5 dollar meal. Not going back for the small fries. I noticed a lot of the negative reviews on here is based on how a lot of people are missing their orders. I didn't checked the bag which I should've done. I noticed bacon was missing on my burger. Was not happy. Came back and was upset of course and explained to them and showed them the burger without bacon. I talked to one of the employee to explain to her about the dilemma and she was nice and explained to me how busy they can get. The manager (Tina) comes up and I explain to her about it and she was very nice, calm, and understanding about the situation. Made another burger and got my small fries.

This is the most poorly managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! It’s fast food come on it’s not rocket science! Horrible place

This location has been remodeled since the last time I was there. The Store's focuses are not the walk-in customer any longer; drive through and order online is their newfound specialty. It is really disappointing the way businesses have shifted
