Absolutely no reason why people should have to come through the drive-through and then go park in a spot. It’s called a drive-through not a drive park and weight. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Because they’re so worried about their drive-through times I watched my food sit on the counter for 10 minutes before somebody brought it out to my car and when I got my food, it was cold I mean, I expect this type of incompetence from uneducated people working in the fast food industry especially McDonald’s but I mean come on not only do you waste my time having me park you can’t Bring my food to me correctly or even hot for that matter

This McDonald's stepped up their game. Quick service, clean and convenient kiosk if that's your thing! Only downfall is there seems to be some language barriers and when they go on break, they're sitting next to us, speaking in Spanish very loud so it makes it a little odd when you're trying to eat.

They mess your order up 9 times out of 10 they also put people at the drive thru window that can't speak English and always park you even when no one is behind you
Half of the time, my order is wrong. I don't always have the time to come back to have it fixed, but when I do, they take care of everything.
Review edit: It's been a while since I've come here, but it's gone even more downhill. Apple slices tasted like wine (expired), food is always stale and soggy, and they messed up my order again. No sauces either. Like don't even come here if you're getting a happy meal for your kid.

The team members are rude. They do not say please or thank you. A few months ago an employee argued with me about a menu item. I was looking right at it on the board. My daughter ordered and paid for Big Mac sauce on the side on a recent app order. They refused to give it to her and did not offer a refund. Also today, I got a burger and the bun was burned. DONE
