Service was ok. Not bad for minimum wage, but food was way overpriced $31 for what was effectively chicken nugget meal and milkshake and 4 aalcart beef Patti's no buns just 4 burgers in a tray. If heir had been a bit more oil and grease in the burgers, we could have run the truck for a week...

Stopped going because food is un edible high priced and I tryed to get a job here and I was racially profiled and lied to thanks for nothing mc Donald’s WENDYS will get all of my service and there food is fresh cooked fresh ingredients and the pattys are square because they don’t cut corners like mc Donald’s does.8 years of racism at this location and counting shameful

Drive-thru customer asked for a pup cup they said they didn't have it but could put some ice cream in a little cup. Ended up charging me for the ice cream, forgot the french fries for my meal, waited for the guy to come out to the car and hand them to me and he never came out. Had to park the car and go inside. Employees said they'd never heard of a pup cup! Said that to get a refund for the ice cream I would have to wait for the manager who didn't come out while my food was getting cold and my dog was in the car. Would not recommend this place at all and the hamburgers rubbery tasting.

Like seriously McDonald's. It's a big Mac. There's a freaking song for how to put it together. This is like the 3rd time recently they can't assemble a big Mac. Pathetic..

What's the point in a drive though if you have to pull up wait for your order then go all the way back around again to get out.

I refuse to pull up I ordered though the drive though not mobile pickup

Please for the love of God make sure everything is in the bag. You have one job.

Let me explain why. You’re a fast food restaurant so the cooks prepare the items. The expeditor fills the bag and then the person in the window hands it out.
So it’s literally 1 job.

Don’t clear the screen before it’s out because you won’t remember. What’s sad is it’s listed on the receipt Stuck to the bag and items are. Still missing.
Mistakes happen but paying for an entree and getting home to see it’s not there means everyone is eating cold food and you have to drive back to get it.
Please just make it easier on the consumer
This is the only reason people choose Chick-fil-A over other fast food, all the fast food is more or less equal the service isn’t and damn. I dont even order meals . Like 3 items and one is missing? Every time?? And I rarely go?
And when I called the person who answers just put the phone down without any “please hold” or anything. So I wait. And a manager thought he was addressing a previous messed up order. Statistically slow down a tad and ensure quality. It’s basic.
Mistakes over habits is a big difference , and yes I’ve worked at McDonald’s before
