First they remodeled the place may look nice but there was nothing honestly wrong with the old place second the help is horrible and third my fault I learned got my food to go and 2 out of the last 3 times it was wrong I should not have to look at my whole bag to see if it is right

they’re such mean ppl, especially the managers. used to work there almost two years ago and they were always so rude, even coming back now they still be rude and i feel like they’re like that bc i quick without a heads up hair bc they were so rude. had a breakdown while working the window so walked to the bathroom and the manager ms becky came in and had me go right back to the window without even letting me finish crying it out or let me even finish collecting myself. marco was rlly rude too. just came here this morning and order 4 big breakfast with hotcakes and the guy at the window rug it up wrong so after paying $40 for that went back in cuz it was wrong then had to go back inside for the manager to tell me i needed to pay another $20 for the pancakes. effing ridiculous

So they're renovating, that's fine. The app let me and a few others order from there still, I dont know why. But after calling and being told to walk in to get a refund, one of the owners is in a bad mood and raises his voice at me. I tell him to lower his voice, there's no need for it. His response, "I'm the owner, you don't tell me to lower my voice in my own restaurant!". That's fine sir, then you can reap the consequences of this poor review of your location all because you wanted to be disrespectful to a customer. What type of business owner does that?! I'll tell you, A BAD ONE. Don't patronize this location, there's another McDonalds a few miles down the road, I'm sure they deserve your business a whole hell of a lot more than this one does.

This place takes the term “fast food” to its limits. I’ve never had to wait in a drive through for over 20 minutes anywhere else. And then have to wait after the drive through to get my food. Oh well. Foods decent I guess.

Every single time we go here the order is wrong. Every time. Ask for 6piece happy meal, get 4 piece. Ask for no apple slices in happy meal and get apple slices. Order any meal and either a fry is missing, or a burger etc. this Mac Donald’s is awful.
