They shut down their lobby so you can order food to pickup at the counter but then can't get in the building

Went through the drive through this morning on my way to work 12/5/24 and I stat for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken and then when i finally got someone to take my order she was EXTREMELY rude with how she would respond and then she didn’t respond every unhappy with this service

If I could give fewer stars I would. I went to eat at the restaurant and the person serving in the lobby gave us very bad service, we waited a long time for the food :(

This McDonald's for the past month has closed and locked its doors hours early the lobby is supposed to be open it's 9pm on Saturday and the doors are locked

Anything that was fried in the meal (which was most of it!) tasted very fishy. I guess it was the end of day dirty oil.

Not sure what the problem is and why they are so rude but someone in management needs to talk to the ones working the windows. After another visit I can see the ones in management are just as rude.
Your lobby says it closes at 10pm and every night for the past week at about 8-8:30 the doors are being locked for the rest of the night and they make everyone sit in the drive thru line it’s is ridiculous the drive thru line wraps around the building and they let you sit at the order board only doing one order at a time that takes forever

I had an issue with my McDonald's app that would not let me confirm my order, and they could not find it in the system. The managers on duty were extremely helpful it was 1030 am 9/29/24. I believe the managers on duty deserve a raise for their kindness and helpfulness and patience with fixing the situation

I like to come here once in a while for breakfast or dinner, I like the Bacon, Egg and Cheese McGriddles and Fish combo. I also enjoy Mcflurry, ice cream, cookies and pies. The only thing I don't like is the ice cream machine is almost always down or being cleaned.
