Went to the Food Truck Wednesday afternoon, on Veterans Highway at East West Blvd, Millersville, just before closing. I chose Menke Boys BBQ! I got brisket, and some sides. OMG the brisket is to die for, just delicious! The mac & cheese is very grown up and spicy. The corn pudding is like desert. Everything yummy & delicious! Will be going again!

Amazing BBQ Experience!
Menke Boys BBQ is an absolute gem! The food is nothing short of incredible. From the perfectly smoked meats to the deliciously crafted sides, every bite is a treat. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, and the brisket was juicy and flavorful. You can tell they put a lot of love and care into their cooking. The atmosphere is laid-back, and the staff is super friendly. If you're a BBQ lover, you absolutely need to check this place out. Highly recommend!

Went to Food Truck Tuesday at Earleigh Heights yesterday evening and got the Nachos with Brisket. Was so disappointed when I got home and the nachos were burnt. Ruined the entire meal. I can’t believe that you don’t know you are serving a customer burnt nachos. The few pieces of brisket were good but again burnt nachos ruined the taste.

I thoroughly enjoyed the brisket. They came to my campus, I ordered a half pound of brisket and slaw. Tender, delicious flavor. Slaw was good too. I didnt even use BBQ

Price is too high for the quality of the food and for the portion sizes provided. Paid $38 for two dishes & have no plans to order again. Ordered the brisket cheesesteak combo with corn pudding and french fries. The brisket was bland, not dry but just did not have that classic BBQ goodness to it. The mayo looking cheese globs gave no flavor either. The two sides were portioned jokingly small. Half a handful of fries on one side and an ungenerous scoop of corn pudding. Also ordered the “loaded” mac and cheese with brisket, again everything was bland. Mac and cheese portion was good however the brisket on top was again, a joke. They gave the mac and cheese all the fatty parts of the brisket and again skimped on portion size. The fatty brisket was maybe sized at 1/4 c. There were puddles of grease floating at the bottom from all the fatty meat and bland mac and cheese.

The Menkes catered our parents 50th wedding anniversary. It was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it!
I went to their food truck where the fire station is and that was the best pulled pork sandwich I have ever had! The meat is juicy and the sauce is sweet and bun was fresh. It was messy but that's ok and the girl was really nice taking my order.

This is my second time trying the Menke Boys food truck. I’ve been disappointed both times. The sauce they put on the pork is way too sweet. They didn’t separate the bun so by the time I got back to eat it, it was sopping wet. The price is also way too much for a simple pulled pork sandwich combo. Almost $20.
