We have tried ordering from Nicks countless of times with the same outcome each time, but tonight was our last straw.
My family and I decided to order pizza for dinner. We wanted to give Nicks the benefit of the doubt, despite their mistakes before. So we ordered our pizza, and decided we’d pay cash. They told us it would take 45 minutes.
After an hour of waiting, we decided to call and ask if their delivery driver showed up. They confirmed that their driver was in fact on the way. Despite being only a few minutes away from the shop, 15-20 minutes rolled by and still no sign of the delivery driver.
We called back again and told them to cancel our delivery, that we would order elsewhere. Another 30 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up after we cancelled our delivery and already placed an order with another place. Without thinking, we assumed that the delivery driver who arrived was from the other pizza shop.
We paid for the order, and it wasn’t until I got inside of my house that we realized that it was from Nicks instead. (It was nighttime, and very foggy. I couldnt tell much of a difference outside since we ordered the same items from the other location)
When we found out that they didn’t cancel our order. We decided to call back, just to be placed on hold twice after explaining to two different people on the staff what happened.
Finally, the last employee answered and immediately had an attitude with us when we only wanted questions to be answered and a refund.
Will never give Nicks pizza our service again.

Ordered carry out twice, and delivery once. So far pizza has been fantastic! Tonight I called ahead to ask about the toppings in a philly cheesesteak pizza. Called back to order it. Once it was delivered I noticed the toppings werent what was quoted to me. So I called them back, turns out there was some miscommunication....they graciously offered to get it right and re-deliver. I'm very happy with their service, and so far every pizza has a great crust, when I ask for extra cheese its always the right amount... I like Nick's so far for sure. Especially the way they've decided to handle fixing the miscommunication issue here. (Just hope they werent spiteful when making the new one lol)

Yuuuum! Our subs were great tastewise! I think one of the best in the area! They could use maybe a little more meat & fresher lettuce without any brown...(thats why I didn't give 5 stars) but we were still very pleased! We'll continue to order from here!!

We have ordered from nicks regularly for years. It has been our go to for cheese steaks. Last night my husband ordered himself a sandwich at 8:15 for delivery. We live half a mile away, but since we have small kids he couldn't just wake them up out of be to get a cheese steak, that's crazy. (I was at work, he was holding down the fort)They took his order and money, but he never received any food or phone call about his food. I stopped by after work to see if I could just pick up the order but they were closed and no one was inside. He called back today and was given no explanation as to why or how this bs happened??? He was just told to dispute it with our bank. No offer of a refund or credit, nothing. They really just took our money and gave us the run around. Nicks, are you pressed for 30$ that bad? Absolutely wild. Fellow patrons, you can try to order delivery, you may or may not get your food, but you'll certainly be charged. Be so for real.

Based off of previous reviews, I decided to treat myself to a steak and cheese sub and onion rings. And when I said that Nicks pizza and subs did not disappoint, the food & service was impeccable. The restaurant was very clean, very upbeat atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Nicks Pizza and subs for a great dinner experience. You won’t be disappointed.
Nick's has some amazing tasting pizza subs loaded with me best place for taste quality. I promise you won't be disappointed on how much steak they put on their steak subs best place that I know in Pasadena Glen Burnie can't beat them food is amazing The people have always been very nice and courtesy no problems here nothing but thumbs up

Ordered food they are short on the phone and hang up without conversation being over. Waited 1.5 hours before calling back and they get ignorant that there busy and its on the way. Cancel my order and get hung up on. Do not recommend dealing with these people!
