I was a loyal customer until they messed my order up several times. I get it we are all human and things happen but when you are told the refund will go back onto your account and you wait a month and nothing happens and you try to reach out to the manager and he has the girl who answers the phone tell you [ oh I’m sorry he is not in. Can I have your name and number and he will call you back ] and he never does. So what happens is you have to catch him in a lie and show up there and ask why he has not returned my phone calls and my refund has not came back to me? So he never answers the question and yells at me and then opens up the register and throws 30$ at me and says is that enough? I’m sorry but you do not ever treat costumers like that at all! -and also the fries have been so salty and hard as a rock. So NO I will never go back to this place ever again.

Ordered three items, Mozzarella sticks were fried in old oil. Dark outside, burnt flavor, cold inside. Ordered a Pepperoni and sausage pizza. After paying was told they don't have sausage. Ok things happen. Ask for extra Pepperoni as replacement which was not noticed. Not that much Pepperoni on the pizza at all. Sauce had weird taste. White pizza was basically garlic cheese breadsticks, says ricotta on menu. No ricotta on the pizza. For $45 expected something a little better. Little Ceasars has better pizza then this place. Others seem to have good experiences. But not us. First and last time we will ever go there.

I just ordered from Nicks for the first time because I saw a positive review which was a LIE. When I called to order a white pizza they did not have broccoli or spinach and failed to mention to me that the white pizza comes with no sauce so it's literally just cheesy bread. I tried to order a margarita pizza and they did not have that either. I got a small thin cheese that barely had any sauce and I think it was microwaved. The mozzarella sticks were cold, hard and sub par. The overall experience was a disaster. The delivery guy Joe was cool but y'all should be ashamed to call yourselves a pizza place.

Let me start off by saying I am a loyal customer and have NEVER gotten bad service… until tonight. Now… we order from Nicks more than literally any other pizza place we could’ve chosen from because they are pretty good. But as soon as you point out something THEY DID WRONG… YOU are wrong, not them. My partner ordered a large pizza with mushroom on the whole thing, sausage on one side, onions on the opposite side. Also ordered fries with the onion ring sauce(costs extra)… got the pizza with onions on the whole pizza… didn’t receive our sauce. When we called to let them know, he repeated the order to us, which was correct but the pizza was not. We got “so what do you want me to do about it”… we didn’t get onions on the whole pizza because I have stomach issues.. will not be ordering there again.
Update*** 07.30.2024 My partner and I have been throwing up since late last night after eating a couple of nicks wings. -10000/10 do NOT recommend.

Wife and I have been eating Nick's food for more than 13 years. Today we ordered a pizza and they delivered promptly, a very stale warmed over pizza. They just lost a good customer!!

Tastes like little Caesars Been a customer for years and im done.
I had the most rude service, waited over an hour for delivery, then when I ate the food I always order it tasted horrible. I don’t know what happened to the quality here but they should fix it before other customers leave.
Tonight we ordered the 2-8” subs, 2 fries, 2 sodas, and 14” pizza deal. We got home and in the bag was our subs, 1 fry, and a personal pizza. Add to that the fact that the fries were hard and cold and we were less than pleased with our order. When we called to ask about it the girl on the phone was rude, had no idea what we were trying to say, and didn’t even offer to remedy the situation in any way. There were only a handful of teenagers working and no adults in sight. Ever since the ownership changed things have been less than impressive sadly. Don’t plan on going back.

Well- first of all I want to say I have been going to Nicks for the past 30+ years. This is the first time that I have been completely upset about my order. When our order arrived I didn’t realize that the box with the Stromboli was not there. Called the store to see if they could reach out to driver to see if he still had it in his truck. They told me he would bring it right back. Then they called back and said that he did not have it in his truck and they didn’t have it in the store. I told him that we didn’t have it here. He was adamant about it not being in the truck or store which implied that I was lying. He said that they would make a replacement but I didn’t feel comfortable about them doing that since they felt I was lying. I asked for him to refund the cost of the Stromboli but he said I signed for it so he couldn’t refund anything. Well- I am now out $13 dollars. Just means I will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. So very disappointed in their attitude and how they handled this issue.

My friends ordered a pepperoni & cheese pizza I ate a slice of both was fine for the first five minutes and then I automatically. Got sick I think I have food poisoning I can't stop vomiting.
