I recently visited Oscar with my partner for a dinner night out. We were told the wait time would be about 15 minutes, which we were fine with. Unfortunately, I missed the call notifying us our table was ready by about 5 minutes. When I called back, I was told the table had been given away, which I understood.

Stacy was way to busy chatting it up to provide good service to us. When we did order, she failed to take it properly and we ended up waiting for part of our meal. when I spoke to the manager, christian, he did not seem to be concerned and was rather rude also. I guess ess we'll find another place to spend our money.
