This is a wonderful place I enjoy visiting often, usually 1-3 times a week. However, tonight’s experience was a bit disappointing. I picked up a mobile order at 8:30pm., which included a bacon turkey bravo sandwich, a large sweet tea, and some broccoli cheddar soup. When I arrived, they mentioned they were out of sweet tea, so I easily accepted a Sprite instead. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized they had only given me a regular turkey bravo sandwich without bacon and no extra cheese. I paid extra for the bacon and cheese. A refund or a complementary replacement would be appreciated. Despite this hiccup, I still think it’s a fantastic place, and I plan to keep coming back for their delicious food.

Panera's fresh salad bowls $14+ are very good + some filled w fresh berries! Love the option of an apple instead of chips or bread. 😍 But still using clear plastic for take out bowl!! So your salad's got Microplsstics! 🤔

Dirty dinning room, dirty behind the counter ,everyone you talk to at register has horrible attitudes, and they rip the bread they give you for your sandwich in half with their hand rather then cutting it with a serrated knife, mess up your orders because the people making the sandwiches don’t read English because they are cheap and seem to hire anyone off the street. It’s a shame because I loved their tuna sandwiches, but the place has gone so far downhill over the years.
