Prob the slowest Panera. I DoorDash and I don’t think my order has ever been ready, they have 4/6 working the line and 3/4 customers in restaurant yet I still always wait a while on orders. When I come in for my personal orders as well, my rapid pick up is never ‘rapid’. The line workers do a lot of talking which slows them down.

We received notification that the order was ready but no one could seem to locate it in the store. They tried to imply we sent it to another store, but when they were shown the online order confirmation they eventually remade it

Immediately upon walking in 3 young ladies were standing behind the bakery section cussing and using such foul language. I mentioned their bad language to the cashier and he just repeated what I said to the girls, but the manager did nothing.

everything seems to be made with a sense of sarcasm and a phrase that uses the middle finger, the food isn't cheap the corners keep being cut from the top and the 'sandwich makers' take it out on the customer... yeah im done being fooled by this crap.

Delivery people beware. I’ve been doing Uber eats/doordash for years and tend to be very careful with how I approach and speak to people. The customer service here for delivery drivers is TERRIBLE but that’s to be expected due to who I encountered. They will ignore you, make u wait in line, tell you to go to the end to be ignored again until you flag down somebody who has an attitude. I love Panera but I will never come here as a customer again, I still got treated weird even when I worked at the Bjs. I take customer service very seriously and this place is lacking, notably the shorter blonde lady who’s been there for forever. Today it was a gentlemen as well but she’s is always involved in my customer service issues due to how she speaks to people.

Food was good last visit but they don't clean the tables and floor in the dining area enough. Each time I have visited this location most of the tables are dirty. I've even bussed my own table before sitting down to eat. AND, if this is how the dining area is kept what's going on behind the counters where my food is prepared?
Food and service were great but the dining room needed some attention on cleanliness.

normally fine experience here. placed an order through uber eats and received only the sandwich and soup, missing all the sides. not a huge deal and i understand accidents happen but whoever checked off and signed this needs to be spoken to. why would you check everything off if you didnt even look in the bag?
called and spoke to a manager who said they couldn't find my order in the system... i double checked the phone number/address and i was definitely calling the right location :/

Have been eating here since they opened, usually good but today the broccoli cheddar soup is is like water, cut backs I guess. So disappointing:(
The toilets were disgusting for both men and women (men's had a toilet about to overflow with brown soup [if you get me drift]). After mentioning it to a worker with a manager in earshot nothing was done when I went back at the end of the meal.

Every time I go to this Panera, I either wait a ridiculous amount of time for my order, they don't have something, they get the order wrong or a combination of some or all of these things. Today, all of these things happened and the portion was insultingly small. FYI, you will always get a smaller portion if you take it to go but today's experience was completely unacceptable. They also have an unprofessional staff. Won't be going back.
