Ordered a bbq hawaiian chicken which definitely says on the site comes with pineapple. None was on the pizza. How do they not pay attention to the simplest thing.....

The past two times I’ve ordered from this location, it’s taken over 45 minutes to get to my house. I live 9 minutes away from the location and the app tells me it’s on its way but then it gets here late. Both times, the foods been cold and the drivers have been absolutely terrible. The only redeeming factor about this location is the manager.

Order food and extra sauces which were paid for and didn’t even get them in the order.
Deliver driver are nice but the STORE STAFF IS HORRIBLE (nicely put)

The WORST. Over and hour for pizza and they delivered it cold. My wife tried calling after it was delivered and they placed her on hold and wouldn’t answer.

Food was delivered cold and left outside without a knock to let us know they delivered it. The pizza was soggy, greasy and flimsy crust. Such a disappointment when spending so much money. We will not be ordering from this location again.
Paid nearly $70 for my order after a $15 tip and got these god awful pizzas. Disappointed, I'm not ordering from this location again.

The last order i was a bit disappointed. Hardly any meat in the cheesesteak Pappadia a alot of peppers in the Italian one. No sauce in any of the boxes. The oroes bites no frosting for dipping. NEVER HAD THIS BAD of an EXPERIENCE.

If i could give more stars i would! This team is exceptional, the employees were amazing, kind, and considerate! They should be praised for their commitment to customer service and professionalism. I had an issue with my order and not only did they take care of it for me no problem, but when I got there and offered to thank them through a 100% tip they declined saying that other people need it more right now. Im beyond impressed and will only be going to this location for any of my future orders. I cant say it enough how much I appreciate their hard work and caring demeanor. The closing maneger even walked me out to my car since I was picking up my order at night. I wish them all the best and i hope that they get the recognition they deserve!
