The last order i was a bit disappointed. Hardly any meat in the cheesesteak Pappadia a alot of peppers in the Italian one. No sauce in any of the boxes. The oroes bites no frosting for dipping. NEVER HAD THIS BAD of an EXPERIENCE.

If i could give more stars i would! This team is exceptional, the employees were amazing, kind, and considerate! They should be praised for their commitment to customer service and professionalism. I had an issue with my order and not only did they take care of it for me no problem, but when I got there and offered to thank them through a 100% tip they declined saying that other people need it more right now. Im beyond impressed and will only be going to this location for any of my future orders. I cant say it enough how much I appreciate their hard work and caring demeanor. The closing maneger even walked me out to my car since I was picking up my order at night. I wish them all the best and i hope that they get the recognition they deserve!

A large order could have been placed with this location in October. Business is lost because of people who have an attitude and didnt want to offer up options. I called this morning to check on catering options for a birthday party in October. Upon talking with a manager the only answer I got is "nope sure don't" at that time I was so mad that I didn't ask questions and they didn't offer any options.

Incredibly Rude!! Awful and untrustworthy. I ordered 7 pizzas for our party at 12:30 for a 3:30 delivery. Confirmed address by having him read back to me as it was a friends house and not attached to my number. Well, pizza never came. When I called they told me they went in the oven 3:15 and a little late. 3:50 I called to inquire and was told she went to a different house and tried to call me. No missed calls and I was standing at end of driveway with phone since 3:30. I asked for a refund which they said they processed. When I asked if pizzas were still coming (for my party guests) I was told I got a refund and HE HUNG UP! Called back to speak to manager, and THAT was the rude manager Anthony! He commented on my tone! Lol! I reminded him I was a rightfully frustrated customer and no phone call was made, no 1600 address is ever tied to my phone number, and I got a confirmation number (who knows if real at this point) from Store #333 (also who knows if real, but I will be checking).
Very apathetic manager who made it my problem for not having pizza for our party! LUCKILY THE KONA ICE TRUCK ARRIVES AT 3:58 for 4p scheduled AND SAVES THE DAY!

Placed a large order of 14 (8 cheese, 6 pepperoni) pizzas for a birthday party. Took three calls, the first for information, the second to place the order and then a third call to make the payment (because they couldn't accept payment too far in advance), all of which were handled by courteous and friendly staff. The manager Zach worked with me to make an affordable party price on the large order too. The pizzas were delivered to a local park as well. The pizzas tasted great and we had no issues with delivery or anything else. I would 100% recommend this location and will be frequenting them regularly. Thank you Zach and the Pasadena, MD Papa John's team.

Figured we’d take advantage of the Orioles promo. What a nightmare. Order took over an hour to show up but they forgot our pizza…??? Tried calling the restaurant a handful of times over 45 minutes and immediately got dumped to hold over and over again. Then was transferred to their “delivery center” which is outsourced overseas. I finally was able to request a refund almost two hours after ordering. Don’t usually order Papa John’s and this is exactly why. (My driver was extremely friendly and the manager who I got in touch with was nice as well. This was just an awful experience)

With instant order notification on when ur order is being delivered, I live 5 miles from this location and took the driver over 45 minutes to make the delivery. Food was cold and trying to get someone to answer the phone doesn't happen. Will not order again from this location

Very disappointed in papa John's, you run a piday special buy regular large pizza at regular price and your supposed to get second large for 3.14 , no were on the app , no code to use, and most of all , people working in your store have know Idea about piday. You suck ! Always an issue with specials so we went to pizza hut, buy one get one free.
