Last few times we ordered from here it was horrible. I usually pick up the order and never fails I just get looked at when I walk in the door, after a few minutes someone walks up with an attitude and just looks I state my name, get told the price with attitude they turn around grab the food toss it at me put headphones back in and off they go. Domino's is where I started going to now and they actually treat you like a person. Pizza hut use to be a great place now it's truly a joke.

Pizza sucked I got a Buffalo chicken with hardly any Buffalo sauce it literally tasted like cardboard and the wings I got had zero sauce!!! Pathetic excuse of a pizza place definitely never ordering from that pizza hut again

Darnell & Darrell (hoping I’m spelling this right) were absolutely fantastic! They not only had fantastic customer service, but were quick and efficient. I highly recommend!!

Used to be favorite chain…but by far the worst pizza and breadsticks I have ever received. The breadsticks were cold and the pizza had very minimal sauce…basically cheese bread. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I called over the phone for a pickup order and Pizza Hut uses a remote caller receptionist to place orders. The experience over the phone was slow and the lady messed up my very clear order multiple times. I recognized the price was incorrect and she said she was fixing it. She told me a new price in the $17 range. It was still a dollar more than what I had previously experienced a week before. I didn't care about a dollar, but when I went in to purchase my order, it was over $19. The gentleman that I told this to fixed the order and said he gets multiple situations like that per day. He seems to be mostly running the Pizza Hut himself and he does a fantastic job from what I can tell. He can even correct the blunders of service that the phone receptionist caused. I was very pleased leaving because the pizza was good and the gentleman I dealt with in person resolved my payment issue. I would recommend this Pizza Hut, and I would not go through the phone receptionist that's listed as the Pizza Hut's phone number.

The worst pizza ever, they didn’t even take their time making the pizza everything was in the middle of the dough No sauce was at the end of the pizza.. Today is 5/14/2024 they was lucky I DoorDash it bcuz I would’ve went right back up there I didn’t have a car that’s why I DoorDash for my children a big disappointment.. they don’t have to worry about me DoorDash from Pizza Hut never again….

Placed an order online, missing item when delivered. Called and they said they would deliver the missing item within 45 mins. 3 hrs later still no pizza showed up at my house. The part of the order we did get was awful on top of it all. I hadn't ordered from here in probably 2 years and won't ever order again.

Only reason it's not one star is the dude on the phone was semi cordial when I called to tell them they didn't put toppings on one of the pizzas I ordered as well as being able to see the crust through the cheese, he never apologized for the mistake just offered to remake it which was appreciated but it was already 40mins late from the time they gave me and I wasn't told it would be door dashed as I ordered through the app.Definitely seems like a management problem as this appears to be common practice at this location.

What is going on with your crust? The past two times I have ordered the crust is dry - no taste and looks like cardboard. Very disappointing. Pizza Hut was my favorite. I’ll have to try a different location. Reading the reviews all the responses are the same - sorry to hear that and that is not what you want the customer to experience. Instead of trying to improve.

Took forever to deliver, pizza was hard cold and dry. Wings had no sauce and I did not receive the sauce cup on side that I paid for. Mini cinnarolls were shaken up and barely iced. Also cold. Total was 39$. Not worth it.

Whoever runs this location should find another job. Only 2 employees working on championship Subday are you insane. These kids are in here missing their order times by 45 minutes and saying "oh well that's football for you" No that's not football for you there needs to be more staffing here or how about the manager steps up and helps their people. And if the staff is over helped then the website could tell me that and not give me a 15 minute order ready time. The employee here are fine but the management and website are trash.

Picking up a DoorDash order from this location and a driver names RAFIKI decided it was a good idea to threaten to cut my friend while he was on the clock and then BRAGGED about him almost cutting my friend WHEN HE GOT BACK TO THE STORE. I went in to talk to the GM and she was not here. The shift lead whose name escapes me, said “what happens on the clock is none of my business, it’s a personal matter” so this location just has people threatening to cut people in the stomach while they are working because they felt slighted and they do nothing about it? How is this not a problem for the company AT LARGE?
