I ordered a Supreme pan pizza and a pepperoni pan pizza for carryout.
I was so disappointed 😔 with the pizzas. I know times have changed, and things are more costly. But the quality was so bad. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Very skimpy. Even the construct of the pizza was pretty bad. Unfortunately, I have decided that I will have to remove Pizza Hut from my list of pizza places. So sad 🥺 to say.

I felt it was necessary to give credit where credit is due. I received the most delicious, perfectly cooked pan pizza from Pizza Hut (Festival at Pasadena) last night. Typically it's a hit or miss when I order a pan pizza from any Pizza hut. Because it's a thick pizza, I always order extra sauce & extra cheese to balance the dough with toppings. My main issue is with the cheese. More times than not do I ever get what I paid for. And extra cheese is charged separately and is over $3 to add it. The driver was sweet, however the food was not. I’m not from out here and I figured the 2 star rating was possibly BS… WRONG!! lol barely any toppings on a pepperoni lovers pizza is insane.

The employees are all overworked and understaffed they just closed the other Pizza Hut location so now this location is getting all of those orders as well . I think all the customers that want to complain about the employees you should complain to Pizza Hut corporate and ask them to pay better and give them more employees instead of trying to keep all the money for the corporate big shots like all of Corporate America.

Zero stars, could not even make the pizza. Guy high trying to make pizzas with his pants half way down. Girl at the counter even higher about to nod out, couple of random dudes doing nothing. Completely backed up and just cancelled the order as the high young woman could not even begin to guess a time. When I booked it an alert said ready in 18 minutes. I got there and got another alert it was ready. It had not even been close to started. What a joke wow never seen anything like that outside of a Waffle House around 4am in Vegas. This place should be shut down, whoever franchises this location should be ashamed. No pizza, so no photo. Wow

I ordered around 1pm -2p online and paid when I got there.i got two of the pan pizza deals for $9.99 each and a order of garlic cheese bread and it was on point 💯 you guys keep faith in me to keep going back I’m glad the one on mountain rd is gone they couldn’t make a pbj without messing it up.great job and remember “nobody out pizzas 🍕 the hut 🛖 “🙂

I haven't been to Pizza Hut for a very long time. I remember their pizza being very good so I decided to try over my usual favorite pizza place. I ordered hand tossed crust with pepperoni and onion. I was so disappointed. Worst pizza I've ever had. The pizza was dry. It was made very slaphappy. The onions were kind of thrown on in a pile. Some of the onions were cut so little and thin they burned. There was very little sauce on the pizza but in a few spots there was too much sauce. The crust was good but very thin on the side of the pie and super thick and wide on the other side. This Pizza Hut location does not represent Pizza Hut's reputation at all. This is a carryout location only but I will not be returning. The owner should be concerned. I am going to try a different Pizza Hut location in hopes of having a pizza that I remember being so good.

Last few times we ordered from here it was horrible. I usually pick up the order and never fails I just get looked at when I walk in the door, after a few minutes someone walks up with an attitude and just looks I state my name, get told the price with attitude they turn around grab the food toss it at me put headphones back in and off they go. Domino's is where I started going to now and they actually treat you like a person. Pizza hut use to be a great place now it's truly a joke.

Pizza sucked I got a Buffalo chicken with hardly any Buffalo sauce it literally tasted like cardboard and the wings I got had zero sauce!!! Pathetic excuse of a pizza place definitely never ordering from that pizza hut again
