I ordered a Supreme pan pizza and a pepperoni pan pizza for carryout.

I was so disappointed 😔 with the pizzas. I know times have changed, and things are more costly. But the quality was so bad. There were hardly any toppings on the pizzas. Very skimpy. Even the construct of the pizza was pretty bad.
Unfortunately, I have decided that I will have to remove Pizza Hut from my list of pizza places. So sad 🥺 to say.

I felt it was necessary to give credit where credit is due. I received the most delicious, perfectly cooked pan pizza from Pizza Hut (Festival at Pasadena) last night. Typically it's a hit or miss when I order a pan pizza from any Pizza hut. Because it's a thick pizza, I always order extra sauce & extra cheese to balance the dough with toppings. My main issue is with the cheese. More times than not do I ever get what I paid for. And extra cheese is charged separately...

The employees are all overworked and understaffed they just closed the other Pizza Hut location so now this location is getting all of those orders as well . I think all the customers that want to complain about the
employees you should complain to Pizza Hut corporate and ask them to pay better and give them more employees instead of trying to keep all the money for the corporate big shots like all of Corporate America.
