I ordered two pizzas yesterday and both had the wrong toppings on them. I ordered chicken sausage on both and one had Italian sausage and the other had grilled chicken. One was missing the basil drizzle and caramelize onions. They just put on the pizzas whatever they wanted. I called them and was told they were out of the toppings I ordered and offered another pizza of my choice but no refund. I gave them pizzas to a homeless family, so something good came out of it. But I will not order from them anymore. And to think, I gave them a great review about a month ago and today I have a completely different opinion. Just be aware, if you are ordering takeout from them, check out your pizza before leaving. They just put anything on it not even knowing what food allergies someone may have.

This place hasn't changed in years. We ordered two personal pan pizzas and fries and chicken bites for our kids. They came out great. They were cooked well crispy and hot. The guy working the oven was very busy with orders and many people picking up. He was very nice and patient. Some lady came up and rudely asked for straws. He was apologetic and ran and grabbed them quickly. Great experience.

This branch has significantly gone down hill over the last year or so. We always seem to have issues with the food quality.
Food was undercooked, cold and delivered 30 min after the estimated delivery time. If you’re looking for a quick chain pizza I would recommend driving a minute up the road to the dominos.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! First off I got undercooked food. I tried calling to either get a refund or pizza remade. 1 time I got no answer. 2. I got hung up on and then the 3 I talked to someone who pretended to be the manger and hung up on me. I went to the store which then I heard the guy talking about me saying “he told me the main manger wasn’t there”. What a bold face lie. Then I was told there was no manager there. This is unacceptable and so disrespectful. They did this right in front of other customers and tried to make me feel small. Then when I asked for corporates number they told me they don’t have it. What kind of service is this.

Entered the Pizza Hut in Pasadena MD. Only 1 customer seated Server was talking and the lady behind counter said sit anywhere you like... Every booth was dirty, from crumb's to dishes etc. Looking around at tables they were also dirty... So off to Ledos where they were busy but clean... Please don't go unless you are blind... Also when walking out I looked at the kitchen area WOW dirty from front to back.

I recently picked up the carryout special (5 toppings) for 10.00 and it was very good. Definitely enough for 2 maybe 3 with a salad on the side
I would never recommend this location to anyone. The manager does not have any experience which shows when anything goes wrong. They use door dash without telling you and the dasher wanted me to walk up my 200ft+ driveway at 10pm while they are staring at me on my porch,after 15mins of them annoying my neighbors with hazards and headlights they finally brought it to me.The pizza just like every other review says was dry and looked tossed around the and the box was caved in with the tape seal broken on the box. Any reviews for this location that have 2+ stars are fake.It has to be the employees because I've had better pizza at a bar the only reason I ever go to Pizza Hut period is for the boneless wings but this location can't even keep them in stock which shows that they need a new manager.

Food was gross, could not even eat it. The boxes they came in were destroyed in delivery. Not really sure what happened there. The Grease from the cinnamon sticks went right thru the box. What a mess. Dinner was ruined.
