Food usually great! Service horrible. This is most likely my last time visiting
The food is great. The customer service is abysmal. The owner only has two people working at a time and these people are usually in their teens. Please hire some adults to improve the customer service. Teens can be very rude and certainly lack customer service skills. I ordered two days in a row. The first day I used a third party delivery service and they had the person wait for over an hour and even argue with the manager to get the order which means I didn't get my order for almost 2 hours. The second day my brother went to pick it up and they left out two items of my order, nobody answers the telephone number because everything is automated and that includes the automated text system that doesn't do anything. So, my brother had to go back in the store to get the missing items and, both times he was there he was overlooked for somebody that was behind him in line.So this is my message the owner:Please hire some adults who are at least in their mid-20s because they more than likely have some customer service experience, and please invest in actual customer channels that work.

Went to this location this evening for the first time and will definitely be the last. We walked in waited for the person in front of us to finish ordering. We were not greeted by the staff and one of the young ladies blatantly ignored us. The young man who helped us was the only one who was making pizza for those of us placing orders in-person. While he was making our pizza he wasn’t sure which ingredients to put on the pizzas. He kept going back to the cheat sheet which was on the back counter to see which ingredients to put on the pizza. Then the young lady who ignored us earlier my husband asked of the location was family owned or a franchise. She ignored him again and just had a mean ugly look on her face like she didn’t want to be there. The young man who was making our pizza said he didn’t know. Then we get to part where they add more toppings after cooking the pizza and the young lady there didn’t know who’s pizza was who’s. She asked us what did we order and I told her I ordered thee outlaw and my husband ordered a split pizza. She pointed to my pizza and said this is the CBR. I said that is not what I ordered. I ordered the outlaw. She started boxing up the pizza and said this is the outlaw not the CBR with an attitude. I had to remind her to put banana peppers on my pizza. She didn’t ask if we wanted any else on our pizzas. Next we get to the cashier who needs to be retrained on the cash register. She rang us up for the pizzas which was fine, but I forgot to ask for drinks. She had to ring us up again. I handed her cash and when she went to enter the amount I gave her the register wouldn’t open. She asked the manager to enter her code and the manager gave her the code verbally and she couldn’t hear the code and I repeated back to her. The young lady at the register said I heard her but the cash drawer won’t open. So the manager had to come over to help her. Needless to say we won’t be back to this location. The stations where the pizzas are made were dirty, some of the ingredients looked like they have been there awhile. Management needs to retrain their staff on customer service big time.

I walked in 10 minutes after my order was supposed to be completed. (See photo) I was asked my name and then proceeded to sit there for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes they turned around and pulled my order out of the heating box (it had been sitting there since I walked in) and handed it to me. I was angry and did say something but that is not ok. They asked if I wanted something free or for them to remake. No I want the wanted 40 minutes of my day back.

I have a gluten intolerance and ordered pizza from here a few times. I loved it. The last couple times, however, it has been terrible. I ordered through DoorDash. The first time, I asked the driver to make sure they had made the pizza gluten free. He said no, they were out of gluten-free dough. But nobody contacted me to tell me this. They were just going to send me a regular pizza. I decided to give them another chance tonight, and the pizza was gluten free, but it had totally incorrect toppings. The box even had a label on it with the correct toppings, but what was inside was not it. The pizza had no drizzle, arugula (not requested), and the weird hot honey sauce (definitely not requested). Who puts honey with red pepper flakes on a pizza??? Please be more careful with allergy orders!

First and last time i going here. I place an online order for 2 pizzas. I get there, they try to give me 2 pizzas that didn't match my order. The woman behind the counter is trying to tell me the order is correct. I pull up my order and proceed to show her it wasn't. They scurry around and find one of my 2 pizzas. After 5 minutes of this, they decide to remake the 1 pizza, meanwhile the other continues to get cold. As if that wasn't bad enough, I get home and realized they didn't give me my additional sauces. This is the very reason why I hate ordering and "tipping" for a service In advance. Check your orders people!!

I ordered from DoorDash a couple weeks ago, and I texted the Dasher to make sure the restaurant had made my pizza gluten free, as I requested in the app. He said that it was not gluten free, but they were going to send it anyway. I had to cancel the order, and the driver never got his tip. The restaurant should have informed DoorDash that they could not fill the order. It could have made me very sick. Also, this company does not respond to phone calls or texts at all.
Great option for vegan pizza. So delicious!

I came at 9 the store is closed lights off. what's the point of saying your open till 11? I saw some other reviews saying similar things clearly I had to see for myself wasting my damn time

Stop hiring young people! Who gets mean mugged as a customer and go to the back to talk to your coworker then the coworker comes up front and they whisper about you? So I ask if there is a problem and they kinda gang up on me. Hope that wasn’t the manager.

the worst service ever. will never support this place. whoever owns this location, you’re a freaking idiot. who manages these workers? never in my life have I experienced service this bad. the people you hire are so extremely rude!!! and they actually HAVE THEIR HEADPHONES ON. my pizza was cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted in the middle, and I waited 20 minutes for it to be done just for the guy at the front to say “they’ve been ready we just didn’t say anything”. NO JOKE…. whoever owns this place, please for the love of god leave the industry or get a freaking floor manager.
