I ordered 4 pies for my son's birthday. The pizza was awful. Half of the pizza looked like it had no cheese on it and some of the cheese was over past the edge of the crust. Then when we lifted up the slices the crust from the bottom flaked off. Who ever made the pizza put no care into preparing them.

Great food and friendly employees. Their pizza could use a little more cooking but their subs are delicious. We are not a fan of their fries though. They are usually too hard and crunchy to eat

Never doordash from Pizza Ravens. Ordered food at 6:30 PM, someone is captured on my ring camera arriving in the driveway, getting out of the vehicle and instantly getting back inside the vehicle at 7:08. We searched outside the house and even looked at neighboring houses, finding no food. At 7:54, the food was marked as “delivered”. Ridiculous service, this business has gone down hill over the years. Truly sad.

Here i am holding my cold, burned, inedible white pizza up like a sheet of paper. No worries because it is so crispy and cold, not an atom will drop to the carpet. PRs is becoming hit or miss again with the quality of food that shows. It's down to a toss of a coin if they will follow preparation requests/instructions or if it will even be warmish. Only saving grace was Grubhub's money back guarantee.
UPDATE: Asst Mgr reached out in an effort to make things right. It was appreciated. She owned the mistake and made a reasonable offer to make up for it. Grubhub's refund was enough for me. I would say for PR to improve their systems and attention to detail. I'd rather hear my order is late because it didn't meet their standards and had to be remade, as opposed to getting something inedible. I'll give them another go in the future but there are so many local options, ya gotta be consistently on your game to keep customers.

Ordered online got two pizzas one pepperoni, one meat lovers the seafood crabcake platter that comes with three crabcakes and six shrimp a salad and a dessert. It was all awful. The pizzas had way too much cheese on them to the point, My kids didn’t even like them, the crabcakes were not actual crab meat. It’s literally fake crab meat with a lot of filler and they’re completely flat and only come fried. Got the cheesecake. It literally tastes like plastic and old. The Grilled chicken salad wasn’t anything spectacular and The grilled chicken was extremely dry. Online it gives you the options of Coke products and I was really excited and then my order came and it came with all Pepsi products. 🤢🤮 I will never order from them again…

We order about 2 times a week always have fast service. Today we ordered for delivery and prepaid including a tip. After an hour we called to ask status on our order. The man said it was delivered 30 minutes ago. He said driver left on ground outside the door and that she sent us a text. No text. Food cold and when we got inside there were ants on the pizza from sitting on the ground. We called back and the man insisted that his delivery person text us that wasn’t their fault. Finally said bring pizza back to them and they would replace. If I wanted to do that I would have picked it up in first place. Very disappointed in their customer service.
