I actually prefer this Starbucks over the other ones I have been to. Don't have to sit in a line for 5-10 minutes when I can already be on my way with my order. The hot beverages are always great and they don't taste like cough medicine the way some Starbucks make it. The frappe's are on point as well. The hot foods is good, staff is friendly and professional. My only concern, and it's not the teams' fault, is that there are times where they may be out...

I typically don't go to SB bc I don't care for their hot drinks. I needed to break a bill and went to BK 1st who was out of everything I attempted to order, which is how I ended up at SB. Their cold drinks myself and SO got were delicious and the service was fantastic. Even though they too were out of 1 of the items we purchased, their attitude was significantly better than BK was and they offered us alternatives to that particular item too. Great location & service!

I visit this location daily, usually around noon, and the baristas are wonderful! The regulars greet me by name and always tell me to have a great day! Occasionally, there is a little note on the side of the cup, which is very sweet. When I am running an errand somewhere closer to another Starbucks, I drive to this one, even if it is out of the way that day. Thank you, Pasadena MD Starbucks, for always making me feel as special as you are!
