Walked in, waited for 6 minutes, no one offered to take my order!! Only employee behind the counter was at the drive-in window. Looked at me twice, but never said a word ?Left and went across the street to Dunkin ?

I really miss the store having sweetener and accessories out for me to use. The inside music was way too loud - too loud to hold a conversation. It's gotten to the point that I usually only bother with Starbucks when I travel simply because I know what I'll get.

So disappointed. Ordered a chai latte, even repeated the order, got half way home, tried it and it was a lukewarm peppermint something.

Disappointed in the service and attitude of employees at this Starbucks.I understand being busy and we are happy to wait. The problem is when we wait over 30 minutes and notice 6 different groups who came after getting orders - so we ask but are told 'don't know, don't have it, nothing I can do' only to ask 2 other employees and find it was done over 20 minutes ago but the food was being held back for the drink and the drink was being held back for the food - but they were placed in two separate areas so nothing was given to us.No apologies, no attempt to remake the now melted cold drink or the now cold food. Instead eyes rolled and grunted at.During this visit a friend got me a drink on her account and it was made incorrectly - which I am happy they fixed - but again her food had to be asked for twice.In total 7 of us met up here for lunch. We won't be returning. - not because it was so slow and disorganized, but because of the lack of good customer service.

Didn't receive my order until 30 minutes passed because it was just sitting on the back counter by the drive thru for 20ish minutes and no one placed it on the pickup counter until I asked three times. First attempt I was greeted by a dirty look and an eye roll and then ignored. Then someone else asked and just said it would be there soon. Then I was asked again 5 minutes later by someone else and when I told her my order she said she didn't have it and just shrugged. She was about to walk away when another worker asked what it was and immediately she found it sitting in the back and handed it to me. Did not say sorry or anything even after I said it had been over 30 minutes. My sandwich was cold by this point. I love Starbucks but never coming to this location again as they're rude and don't care

Used to be good and now you can't get drinks at a reasonable pace. Ever since the bearded "bro" guy showed up; this place is untenable. I'm buying a cappuccino machine because I can't deal with this anymore. The staff is great overall and are doing the best they can, I ran restaurants for 20 years and this is a management level issue that needs to be fixed.

I'm changing my review because today it was seamless. A young lady took my drink order. She then moved over to the bar and made my drink. The place was busy as usual, but my americano did not just sit while they focused on drive through. It tasted delightful and I value a good experience!

Ordered my first pumpkin spice latte of the season. Very disappointing. Did not taste like pumpkin at all. Taste nothing but cream. Tried ordering the latte in the Starbucks in Safeway before going here and they were out of pumpkin. Won’t go to either of these locations again.

I have mixed reviews with this location. The baristas are always friendly and inviting, well most of them. All of them are always hustling and their drinks are always well done. The only complaint is the wait time. In their defense, they do appear understaffed. I would suggest hiring more people and working on communication between baristas. Other than the wait time, I have no complaints.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve ordered the exact same thing for the last I can’t say how many years. Ms. Brianna Coleman (sp?) working the drive thru this morning was less than pleasant. She handed me my drink to which I noticed was incorrect. I said, I’m sorry. This isn’t supposed to be whipped cream, it’s supposed to be sweet cream cold foam. Her very ignorant degrading response was “that’s not how you ordered it”. I responded. “I have ordered it the exact same way for the last 4 years, I don’t care for whipped cream.” She put her hand out and snatched the drink back and said “well I must not have heard you then”. At that point I asked for my drink back because decent customer service was a little too much for Brianna to handle apparently. I asked for the manager, to which a young guy comes over and introduces himself. He states “she just might be having a bad day”.. I understand but at 6:45 I’m there to get my coffee, not be reprimanded because it was made incorrectly. I then asked for the supervisor (store manager) to which I was told she would be right over. 5 minutes of waiting and I’m handed a card because “she doesn’t have time right now”.Do better Starbucks. .. how about standing behind decent customer service.

Very inconsistent drinks. I get the same drink every time I go. It never tastes the same twice. Staff is friendly but training might be helpful

Came here today at 10:30am and they were already sold out of their entire food inventory. Unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing issue at this location as this happens every time I stupidly decide to give this place the benefit of the doubt and another chance. I've also tried going in the early afternoon in the past and they have been out of many of their drinks. This store is open until 8pm. There is absolutely ZERO reason or excuse for their supplies and products to NEVER be appropriately stocked to make it through a day. I get that this seems to be a busy location but they should not be ALWAYS sold out of their entire store every day by 1:00pm. That is unacceptable and sloppy. This is why I just drive the extra few miles to the Glen Burnie location or just go to Second Alarm or Human Bean where I can actually get what I want.
