I rarely eats at Taco Bell, but I had a sudden craving. The take-out line was lengthy, prompting us to go inside. Unfortunately, I encountered an unexpected requirement to place my own order, followed by the unpleasant experience of listening to employees vocally announcing names, and finding that inquiries were often met with responses marked by significant attitude. The lack of good customer service was striking. This establishment was absurd. I would never revisit this location.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a drive in food place. First of all I was returning to the establishment because my DoorDash order had a crunchwrap in it that tasted like it had been sprayed with oven cleaner. I assumed this was some sort of accident, maybe a cleaning product used on the counter in my wrap placed on the counter however after what transpired at that drive-in window I now have to assume this was done maliciously. I will be reporting this establishment and the young lady in the bonnet to corporate and to the local health department. I think Taco Bell really needs to rethink their current employee roster at this location. No need to go into the details of what transpired at the window, if you know you know. Buyer beware.

So disappointed how the lady at the front treated customers without a little bit off customer service skills. This is my favorite taco bell in the area, very fast service, today I finally decided to go inside the store cause Drive thru lane it was too busy but got into a very bad experience for that employee in specific. The way she talks to customers, making feel not even welcome there is so bad, feels like she doesn’t wanna work on the front. I love this location but probably gonna move over to another area.

Hot take: if the dining room area is closed, lock your doors. How rude of us to walk in and get screamed at that the dining room area is closed. I can’t stand poor customer service. I walked in hoping to get my to go order that I accidentally placed for drive thru. I was trying to not hold up their line but noted. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell.

When I pulled up to the window I was greeted with a “wasssup” from the employee. Waited about 15 minutes for 3 tacos and then got home and there was hair all in my food. Thanks for nothing
My husband took our 4 year old son, who is on the spectrum & nonverbal, into this Taco Bell yesterday. They only have where you can order via kiosk inside, but our little one doesn't like that. He ended up melting down, but as my husband was getting ready to leave, a guy saw what was happening & offered to take their order. I find this very refreshing! My husband declined & decided to go outside & order by the app instead. Regardless, kudos to the guy who was willing to go above and beyond!!
