Hot take: if the dining room area is closed, lock your doors. How rude of us to walk in and get screamed at that the dining room area is closed. I can’t stand poor customer service. I walked in hoping to get my to go order that I accidentally placed for drive thru. I was trying to not hold up their line but noted. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell.

My husband took our 4 year old son, who is on the spectrum & nonverbal, into this Taco Bell yesterday. They only have where you can order via kiosk inside, but our little one doesn't like that. He ended up melting down, but as my husband was getting ready to leave, a guy saw what was happening & offered to take their order. I find this very refreshing! I placed a mobile order thinking it was at their location. I messed up but the worker from the drive through helped me out. It was so nice of her to have patience. Otherwise my order was fine, good good, service was great.
