This was my first time dining here. The food and the service were great! Mocktails were reasonably priced at $5. It was very noisy and lotsb9f screaming kids so I wouldn't eat here again.

I got a filet salad, MW, no Italian dressing, just dressing on the side. It came out well well done and with Italian dressing. Our server was great but the assistant manager was very dismissive. I ended up boxing the remake up and taking it home because my family was already done by the time the remake came out. The assistant manager didn't comp my meal (which is fine) but acted like he was doing us a favor by giving us a $15 gift certificate. My husband's prime rib was also lacking flavor. Very disappointing.

We went today for my birthday and we had two babies with us. One of them was crying because she got hot so she had to walk around the minute. The mother got up for the child and my server his name was Connor came over and rushed us to get our food and essentially get out, we paid over $150,Because they rushed us I was not able to grab our leftovers and they threw it away essentially the second we left the building , We spent too much money to have that happened to us The food is whatever but being forced and rushed out as fast as we were. It was truly upsetting. I hope you do better for the next people

Went to this Texas roadhouse in the past and have gotten treated like second class citizens. Went to it again just the other day with a party of 5 others and the lady seated us tp a table however the ceiling was leaking water bouncing off the wall onto my wife's arm and onto the table. We ask the male waitress to relocate us but he acted like it wasn't a big deal. So you expect us to eat and get dripped on the entire time. The lady came back and relocated us to a short table with hard wooden tables on the end where our bottom would hurt the entire time. This establishment went down hill in the past. We took are services to the Texas Roadhouse in Columbia and was greeted and treated very well. Will never come to Pasadena location again!!!
