This location is horrible . They made my smoothie wrong the first time it was to icey than the second time was to watery they don’t put effort into the food the wraps are missing sauce and the kale apple slaw was like it was bad . Do not recommend very disappointed

I can always count on them to perfect my order! The Chia Seed pudding is out of this world and really hard to replicate – I’ve tried countless times lol it all really fills me up and it’s easy to save for later in the fridge or a good cooler if you have to.

I’ve tried to give this Tropical Smoothie location multiple chances to get it right, and every single time they’ve failed. My order is always wrong whether it’s missing items, or making what they want to make, or food that looks like it was thrown together in a rush. What’s worse? The staff is consistently rude except one lady, like I’m inconveniencing them just by ordering. I kept coming back hoping for improvement, but it’s clear this location has no interest in customer service or accuracy. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

It’s a chill spot to meet up with friends. It’s busier in the drive through part, so it’s a good choice if you are looking for a quiet place to have a meal or treat.

Vegetarian options: You can get wraps with hummus and veggies, or peanut butter and bananas. All smoothies are vegetarian as well but can be vegan if so inclined.

Dietary restrictions: You can customize and smoothie, including sugar content.

Parking: Parking is behind the restaurant (to the left).

So, I didn't have an awful experience here, however this franchise owner also owns the Glen burnie store where I had a Horrendous experience! I left a bad review for that location in return. I received an email asking me to explain which I did period I never received their response. After I responded to the email with no response back. I drove to this location where I then explained the story to an employee who seemed to care, he said he would pass my contact information and explain the story to this franchise owner. He seemed completely mortified by the way, I was treated in the Glen. Bernie location. That is an auto generated email when you write a review. And although I responded to it, this franchise owner did not care enough. To answer me back, hence this awful review is for the owner who doesn't care. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY TREAT YOU BADLY!!!

I watched my order sit in the kitchen for a long time before they finally decided to hand me the order. Don't really seem to respect delivery drivers or customer. Order was supposed to be done at 6:21. Sat in kitchen for nearly 10 minutes and was not done until and handed to me until 6:35pm.

My first time ever having a acai bowl. The bowl was completely frozen. I asked the cashier if this is how its supposed to be and she said yes. Highly disappointed that it wasn't made fresh. $12 bucks wasted and a refund would be nice.
