It's a shame they oversimplified the menu and have basically just sandwiches and bar food now. Still a great place but more of a hangout bar then a dinner spot now

Loved going to Twain’s definitely would go back. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of interacting with one of the bartenders Ashley who was working the outside bar on Saturday. Completely understand she was just doing her job about verticals (I am 21 and have a vertical STATE ID) but when one of our friends from our group went to order she was extremely unprofessional asking if she was with our group she said yes and then the bartender proceeded to insult my friend and I just because she didn’t want to deal with us. In the moment things were resolved since Management and security talked to us and asked for ID (they said it was fine) but I’m just very upset about being blatantly disrespected by staff when we’re in no way rude to her whatsoever.

Stopped by for a Father's day lunch (flatbread pizza, Awesome!). I wanted to drop a line about our server, Trevor. He was amazing. we never had an empty drink, he checked on us often but not too often. I look forward to the tasty Tuesday updates on Facebook. We will be back soon!!! I Got my $400 check at 1:43am. No sooner I got it, bouncers were coming up telling us we had to go. Told them I was looking at/paying my tab. They kept saying I gotta go. Told them let me finish filling it out. Nope. Then comes the manager with a cop. Bartenders were telling all of them let her finish. Never did finish!

Very under staffed. Our server was hustling but very overwhelmed.

Paid for VIP seats for the Crack The Sky concert. We arrived over 1 hour before the admission time to get good seats. We jumped into a booth in the VIP area, drinks had been ordered and delivered. We then ordered food. When the food arrived someone who claimed to be the owner told us we had to move. This was 20 minutes before the show, there no signs indicating we could not sit in these seats. We were moved to a booth in the regular section with no view of the band. We left the food at the table because the band started playing. Totally unacceptable! The person who claimed to be the owner, was not Dave Snyder. My son went to school with Dave's son, I have been to Dave's house for a birthday party. I was not told to move by Dave Snyder, the owner. The booth should have clearly marked "reserved" and we should have been told we could not sit there immediately, not after 40 minutes and service from the waitress!
There are plenty of other bars in the area to spend my money, never have a problem at Rumor Reel, Rumor Meal, Irish Pub to name a few.

Why do the women’s bathroom toilets clog and flood so much and it’s never been fixed? This has happened so many times I’ve been there including the last time almost a year ago. Tonight all the toilets stopped working, the sinks stopped working and eventually it started to flood. So many people were leaving because women had nowhere to use the restroom. Security was initially refusing to let us use the men’s room. This is unacceptable and no one would do anything to fix it. Not going back until I hear it’s fixed.

Twain's ok for a local bar. Staff tries, but falls short on most levels. Food is fair, stick with what's easy at the bar. Service there can sometimes be difficult. Large parking area and outside bar. Ok for a beer fries/wings.

Update: Funny, it's been a few years since our last visit. Same bartender who picks and chooses who she wants to provide service to still there and thriving. I must be the problem... Still, it's funny that things never change. Again, Twain's is good for a few bev's and specials. Outside ares would be nice, but all the smoking kinda kills the mood.
