This has been my favorite place to get a cheesesteak for the last 20 plus years. Hand sounds best cheesesteaks in the area. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. This place is the iconic part of my childhood. I remember every Friday night my parents would order pizza and subs from here. That's something that can never be replaced. Vinzinis a part of Pasadena. Thank you for keeping your prices reasonable and quality food and service.

Recently placed order and advised person on phone to not proceed with order!! They still charged for food and when called back rep acted like didn’t request cancellation and refused refund. Manager also was rude and said person and wouldn’t reverse transaction. Poor customer service!!

I have been a customer at this location for 30 years. Recently I have ordered on 3 separate occasions and the person (owner?) has gotten my order wrong. The first 2 times I ended up throwing the food out, there was not an offer to fix it or replace it. This time I caught it before leaving and canceled the order. There is one person there who has been a friend for years so I said I only want him to take my order, since he has never gotten it wrong. The owner asked why and I said you have gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row and he threw me out and said not to come back. I went here since I was a kid since it was convenient and closer than other pizza places. I will not ever go back, the food is average but no better than the other 6 or 7 pizza places in Pasadena.

Poor quality of food. Continuously getting worse. Requests are not met, requested fries to be well done (an option on their site) and they arrive mushy. Asked for extra sauce for wings (an option on their site) and paid for it but wings arrived dry. Sub roll was supposed to be toasted but it was mushy. Food was disgusting. This will be the last time I order from them.

My family and I have been eating here for years. Our favorite is a veggie pizza and the steak subs. Definitely worth the value.
We love the carry out offered here. The food is good and the prices are reasonable. I’ve never had a bad meal.

Ordered pepperoni pizza, showed no sauce on it well maybe a scattered smear here and there. Also ordered a buffalo chicken HOT again but this time zero buffalo sauce. Called and let them know and was told I’ll let the pizza maker know. Won’t be ordering there again for sure.

Very disappointed. First time trying this place and will be my last time.food is nothing but a pool of grease. Charged me 27$ for med pizza and cheese sticks , went online and it was 19$. So they upcharged me and gave me a pool of grease to eat :)
