The pizza was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, perfect crust, and amazing flavor in every bite. The veggie pizza was loaded with toppings and baked just right. One of the best pizzas I’ve had — highly recommend!

Here on Halloween and no one is prepared. The staff is overwhelmed and screaming, orders are way behind, and customers are getting fed up. Everyone who ordered should be credited or refunded.

Every time we get pizza from this location it’s a 10/10. We ordered for delivery at 8:30pm last night. Arrived on time. Delivery driver was kind and polite. On top of that. Our pizza was made to perfection. This location has to be one of the best in the company.
Their pizza is delicious, especially their buffalo chicken! And they’ve always had world class service!

I placed a delivery order in advance at 4:42 PM, the delivery was set for 5:30 PM. When I called Vocelli’s at 5:50 the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she said things take time. You had 50 minutes how do you need more time, she also told me at 5:50 that my pizza had not left the store. It was only out for delivery after I called at 5:53. The only redeeming aspect of this restaurant was the delivery driver who was very kind and apologetic. This place has gone downhill the quality of customer service is absolutely non-existent. We will have to switch to a new regular pizza place, it’s not longer worth it.

This place is not good! The first time I ordered from here the pizza was pretty good so I figured to give it sit her chance but today and I was highly disappointed! There was no sauce or cheese on the pizza . It was so dry and flavorless. Half of the pizza went in the trash. I will never order from here again.

Vocell Pizza Pasadena location always delivers fast service whether delivery or pick up! The pizza is outstanding with plenty of cheese and toppings! The crust reminds me of NY pizza. I always receive 5Star pizza!

We LOVED the bone-in wings - small and meaty! The Buffalo is a bit spicy, but has a REALLY great flavor! Yes, the pizza was yummy too!
