I placed a delivery order in advance at 4:42 PM, the delivery was set for 5:30 PM. When I called Vocelli’s at 5:50 the girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she said things take time. You had 50 minutes how do you need more time, she also told me at 5:50 that my pizza had not left the store. It was only out for delivery after I called at 5:53. The only redeeming aspect of this restaurant was the delivery driver who was very kind and apologetic. This place has gone downhill the quality of customer service is absolutely non-existent. We will have to switch to a new regular pizza place, it’s not longer worth it.

This place is not good! The first time I ordered from here the pizza was pretty good so I figured to give it sit her chance but today and I was highly disappointed! There was no sauce or cheese on the pizza . It was so dry and flavorless. Half of the pizza went in the trash. I will never order from here again.

Vocell Pizza Pasadena location always delivers fast service whether delivery or pick up! The pizza is outstanding with plenty of cheese and toppings! The crust reminds me of NY pizza. I always receive 5Star pizza!

We LOVED the bone-in wings - small and meaty! The Buffalo is a bit spicy, but has a REALLY great flavor! Yes, the pizza was yummy too!

I got a custom pizza and stromboli from this place. Probably one of the most delicious pizzas I've had. Something about their sauce... Or maybe it's the pepperoni. It's not like everyone else's pepperoni, this is just.... Better.
The stromboli didn't have much sauce to it, and at first I thought this would be bad, but that meant it didn't leake and make a big mess!! Touche store, Pretty smart move! The marinara cup was a little on the small side, it made me wish I had a spoonful more for that final bite of stromboli, but it was good. Marinara sauce recipe is top notch.

We've been going here for years now, since they offered us a free pizza to try them out shortly after they opened. We don't go anywhere else for pizza now. They have multiple selections for crust and sauce which is nice. Love the subs, especially the hot Italian. The weekly specials offered by text are something we use regularly. The staff is always nice and helpful. Plenty of parking. We always pick up. The order is ready in no time at all. Glad we found them.

My husband and I absolutely love pizza! We move a lot and it’s one of the first things we look for. We received a coupon and decided to give this place a try. It’s a solid 2.5, it’s basically dominos. We ordered a Hawaiian and pepperoni. I made my order over the phone and the girl had the quietest voice, she was very friendly. At the end of my pizza order I thought she asked if I wanted garlic on my crust, I said yes. She was actually up selling me and I received garlic vocelli rolls. You get 8 for 10.99, they were bland. So for about 32.00 I got a large pepperoni and accidentally the rolls. The Hawaiian was covered by the coupon. The delivery guy seemed high. Overall it’s over priced. The crust and sauce were bland. The crust was a thicker style. The garlic rolls had no taste of garlic and are over priced. If you love dominos I’d check this place out.

Just had an amazing pizza! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside. The toppings were fresh and well-balanced, with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Definitely one of the best pizzas in the area!

I like to get delivery during the week and the lunch specials are always worth it. The chicken Alfredo is always great but the Stromboli is my favorite. Delivery is also always within a reasonable time, even during lunch and dinner rushes.
