App orders and GrubHub take their priority. The excuses keep coming. Every dang time! They make you feel like your order doesn't matter and then 3 out of 5 of the last times the food was wrong when I've gotten home 😒

Not only did my order take forever, but it was also wrong. I was just there and received a burger with only cheese, bun, and patty. I ordered a Jr. Bacon Sandwich and another classic sandwich—neither was customized—yet they still messed up the order. Don’t go to this location. It’s ridiculous that they can’t follow simple instructions

Mark was awesome and had very good customer service. We just came in for frosties and it was nice to see someone that genuinely looked like they enjoyed their job and was fast. Not a lot of that in customer service jobs these days!

This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The drive-thru line was so long that I had to leave it and go inside, thinking it would be faster. I was wrong.
Once inside, the employee at the counter refused to take my order until she finished several other orders, moving extremely slowly the entire time. Customers were waiting and asking about their food, and instead of helping, she yelled at them. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
All of this just to get a simple chicken tenders combo, which took about 20 minutes. That’s completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant. Poor service, poor attitude, and a huge waste of time.
I won’t be coming back.

My granddaughter wanted to go to Wendy's on 12/10/25 and when we walked in there were two people ahead of us waiting for their food. They saw us and stepped aside so we could place our order....only we stood there for 6 minutes, waiting for someone working there to at least acknowledge our existence. We were ignored by everyone 'working' so I told my granddaughter we should go somewhere else because obviously they are not interested in helping us tonight. About that time the gentleman who was in front of us when we arrived very politely asked a heavy set worker for a drink carrier and I was stunned when the guy grabbed a drink carrier and tossed it on the counter to the customer! Didn't hand it to him but tossed it at him! Really, is it any wonder why so many Wendy's are closing? I had to check a few stars before I could post it, but steer clear of this place!

This is ridiculous, drive thru suppose to be a fast service, I waited 30min to get my order. His is every time guys don’t come to this one. They might remodel the place but not the service

My sister and I went to Wendys after church for a breakfast sandwich. We stood at the register for 10 minutes as the only two employees worked around the prep area. The one working the front never even indicated we were there while the employee working the back nodded at us. Only 1 other customer was in the store and the employee went to wait on the new drive up customer. We left and went to Hardee's. Not going back again.
Don't waste your time in the evening. Coming in the morning is a much better experience. It's clear they don't care and I won't b3 giving them my hard earned dollars. Wait was 35 minutes in the drive thru, I only stayed because I was on the phone.

This place is the bottom of the barrel. I ordered the baconator and it was tasteless. They served two square discs that was so overtaken with mayonnaise. There was no lettuce, tomatoes or onions( I requested all of the above). I didn't get ketchup, or napkins either. The only bright spot was the young man in the drive thru. He is so courteous and professional. I feel like he could make a lot more money as a waiter in a restaurant.

They were short staffed. But they communicated that up front. They were honest and said may take a while. I can appreciate a crew that is honest and they tried there hardest to get what needed to be done, done.

I go out of my way to go to this Wendy's everytime, mostly because the staff is great. Yuna in particular seems to always take our order and has such a pleasant personality. The food is also always fresh even when we go late.

drive through is extremely inefficient, the wait times are ridiculous & i’m unsure if something. nefarious is going on, and staff is unhelpful, rude and have no knowledge about the menu. i would recommend coming here only if you have an hour to kill sitting at the drive through intercom and gas to waste while they ignore you.
