On Wednesday night I went to Wendy’s to get some food and the food was cold and the Chicken nugget was hard so I called them and they nobody answer So when Thursday morning, I called them and I speak to the manager and he put my name down so I could get free food so I go there on Thursday and the manager on duty. He was rude and he had an attitude to me and that is the same Manager, who was there on Wednesday night now it makes me ever want to go back to the Wendy’s and I used to be a manager at a Wendy’s so I know That is not how you treat customers

Thank you so much for making me half and half nuggets without complaining. So many other people would have made a big deal and not served me what I wanted but you, you did your job and made me happy. I have serious PMS today and all I wanted were both types of nuggets but not too many and not too few. Thank you Wendy’s drive thru team

Man I came here expecting a one star they blew it out of the park the Manager lady was amazing and the wild but awesome cashier made the experience top notch.the burgers were hot and fresh with fresh ingredients I’m blow away thank you for your service it appreciated VERY MUCH 😎 Logan Sinclair

The best thing about this location is the morning crew. They get **** done, the evening crews...definitely do not. The food in the mornings are usually fresh and delicious! Oh and shout out to Cindy on the microphone, she was lovely!

Food is okay, but man you're gonna wait. 20 minute minimum, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Oh and don't forget, they'll have a truck come at around 11 o'clock while they're still open until 1. Went to BK instead, because the truck blocks drive thru. Maybe have a truck come before opening.. like most places do...

I'll give it a 4 out of 5 for atmosphere only because I haven't been inside since they remodeled. Mostly the food is okay. But the service is god-awful. This is the slowest Wendy's I have ever been to. It's so bad that my out-of-town guests remember how bad it was from 2 years ago. At the time of writing this review, I am still sitting at the pickup window waiting for my food. It has been 17 minutes since I have arrived at this drive-thru. I've lived here for 5 years, and this is pretty typical.
