This location has two problems one they’re very slow so there’s always a long long line and it moves so slow, the second problem is the food for the last six months or so a large portion of the time the food is old and cold both the burgers and the french fries. We go less and less and soon we will stop going altogether.

Shady practices by the entire staff here. They have you wait at the order screen for 25 minutes before you can even place your order and then when you pull around the building, there’s not a single car in front of you. And then when you get to the window, they want you to pull forward to wait for your food because they want it to look like they are serving customers quickly when they’re making you wait for everything. Not worth the time spent in the drive-through.

On Wednesday night I went to Wendy’s to get some food and the food was cold and the Chicken nugget was hard so I called them and they nobody answer So when Thursday morning, I called them and I speak to the manager and he put my name down so I could get free food so I go there on Thursday and the manager on duty. He was rude and he had an attitude to me and that is the same Manager, who was there on Wednesday night now it makes me ever want to go back to the Wendy’s and I used to be a manager at a Wendy’s so I know That is not how you treat customers

Thank you so much for making me half and half nuggets without complaining. So many other people would have made a big deal and not served me what I wanted but you, you did your job and made me happy. I have serious PMS today and all I wanted were both types of nuggets but not too many and not too few. Thank you Wendy’s drive thru team
