Wayback Burgers

I actually have great experiences at this Wayback burger. I used to get the kid’s meal until the cashier pointed out a deal that was cheaper. I don’t know how many of their burgers I have eaten, but they are always fresh and delicious. The staff is happy and friendly. I should try some of the other stuff, but the basic burger is good. Sad to see there are some negative reviews on here. I see the owners are selling this location.

This place is expensive, considering that the it's one of the few places to eat on base. Service is always blah... They have one guy who seems like he is always on break walking around the dining area while a line forms. Burger tasted good but for $18 I feel like I should get more than a burger and 13 tater tots.

Soda machine is filthy and I ordered the chicken bacon wrap and there was no bacon on it. $4 for a small wrap is bad enough, but forgetting the bacon is criminal

Got to Wayback around 4:35 and asked the worker if they were still open, told me no then proceeded to give me an excuse on why we can’t order anything after 4:30. Not rude but very unprofessional. This was not the first time either. Both instances were around 4:30ish. I just want people to be aware Of some of the things going on. Went to Panda Express right beside them and asked if they were open and was told yes and got food and it was actually really good. Moral of the story, they should close the same time as everyone else, it’s about holing people accountable.

Came to eat here on 8 Feb and the sign said 1100 opening and no one is here to open. Had to leave. Update, employee strolled in casually at 1102 with no concern to open. Not worth it with that attitude

This was my second time eating at this location. Both times that I ate there the food was great. They cook everything fresh as soon as you order it. You are not getting leftover fries from the last order or anything like that. Being that it is fresh, it took a little time, but in the end, it was all worth it. The workers there are nice and know what they’re doing. The chicken tenders were juicy and they actually taste good without any sauce. The fries were crispy, but not hard. The cheese and bacon on top of the fries stole the show.

Coworkers all had #2 problems shortly after eating lunch (burgers) Guy at counter made a racist remark when I asked if I should go with the chicken or the burger. Can't believe this is operating on a base. I did end up getting the buffalo chicken tenders, but the quality wasn't there at all and neither was the effort. They basically just squirted some sauce on top. Drive 5 minutes to slim chickens or 5 guys.

I’m traveling and stopped here to get a burger since I was craving one . Never Again , the place was dirty . The lady kept touching her face and not changing her gloves . Burgers were mushy , which to me means undercooked , nothing was seasoned , fries had no salt either. Hopefully I don’t get sick going home . Next time imma stick to what I know

This is located at the food court of the Navy Exchange.I ordered the double bacon burger which they were able to put on a lettuce “bun” for me. The burger was really good. Juicy flavorful and not over cooked. I opted for a Caesar salad instead of fries. The lettuce was fresh and the Caesar dressing was tasty.Would definitely recommend for a quick bite.

If you want a burger that $10+ and takes forever to get go here. With a short lunch break just skip it. You don't have time. Extremely slow. For the money 5 Guys is better and takes the same amount of time even if you have to drive.

The food was too greasy without much flavor and very over priced

This place simply knows how to treat their clients. Constantly with a super friendly approach. The food is affordably priced, regularly fresh and clean.

Way overpriced burgers. Not worth the money

We had an excellent experience in this place. We enjoyed the extraordinary environment and the meals. The waiters were very attentive. I am glad we eventually managed to visit this place.
