My order is messed up 99.99% of the time. Either overly sweet or not enough sugar. It’s never consistent. I think employees should take care in measuring and not guessing for the ingredients.

I went to this dunkin because its one of the closest to me and has a drive thru. The employees are nice, especially the lady working the drive thru in the mornings (I think her name started with an S, didn’t get a good look at her name tag). Anyways, that wasn’t my issue. I ordered a sparked energy, peach sunshine and for some reason. I see odd particles floating around my drink. I usually order a sparked energy with the same flavor and I’ve never had this happen to me from other places. I don’t know if its the sparkling water or the actual peach syrup, something is wrong and needs attention.

I go to Dunkin’ Donuts every morning for coffee before work, but I’m really not happy with my experience lately. They keep selling me nasty-tasting coffee that’s sour, and the customer service isn’t great either. I’ve tried talking to the staff, but nothing changes…The coffee and service need a lot of improvement!!

The best Dunkin in the area! Staff are always friendly and work super fast even when they are swamped! My orders are always on point, and the store is always clean. ;)

This is my neighborhood spot and they are always good..
This location charges more than other locations and I have yet for them to get my order correct. The only reason I even ever go to this location is because Im going to the homes in the immediate area.
This is the worst Dunkin ever encountered. It’s the closest one to me but I’ll drive past this one to go to another one. They are very slow doesn’t matter if you walk in or do drive thru, they get orders wrong all the time, and the staff seem not to even care.
