Dunkin'

This is the worst Dunkin ever encountered. It’s the closest one to me but I’ll drive past this one to go to another one. They are very slow doesn’t matter if you walk in or do drive thru, they get orders wrong all the time, and the staff seem not to even care.

Not a fan of the location, I have experienced some really rude employees with blase' attitudes. I have had more negative experiences there than not and now fully intend to not give them my business anymore. Stuff cost too much to be dealing with a lackluster atmosphere. I don't deal with coffee for a living so excuse the crap out of me for needing them to sometimes explain the difference especially if I'm trying to use their stupid reward program. It cost me time and more money to walk in and then get attitude. Bye DD. I'll take my money and limited knowledge of coffee elsewhere.... Like HOME.

Has to be one of the best locations. Their morning crew is especially awesome. I use the mobile app, they don't ask what I ordered or if there are donuts with the order. My Caramel Craze Latte is made perfectly. Great way to start my day!!

Not welcoming at all.. seems like they don't like customers like us!! 😕 since August this is not new dunkin were i stop to buy coffee before going to work!! I've been oupdrinking same coffee over 17 years!! And this what they made for me large with 2 cream and 2 suger nasty!! Worst experience ever!!

Might be the most inept bunch of of employees in a fast food restaurant. Takes a half hour to get 2 or 3 donuts… and they’ll still get the order wrong.

My order was made horribly. I get the same thing EVERYDAY and the last couple days its been worst and worst.

Today i finally had time to run inside so i can get it made properly!

Everyone was snobish. But the manager Casey corrected my drink and it was made properly and tasted so good. I really appreciate her quickness and I still got to work on time. I hope she can make my drink every morning. ?

Whoever made my coffee (caramel craze latte) yesterday 7/16/24 around 8/805am is amazing and I wish them the best in life. My coffee was amazing and truly made my work day. Thank you to everyone at this location, especially Monika, Aaliyah, a brownskin girl with braids (you gave me the fan one day) and the blonde girl with a lot of arm tattoos (sorry I cant remember your names) . They are always all so attentive and kind to me when I come in. This kindness truly has a positive impact on my day and I truly enjoy coming to this location solely to say Hi. I literally only come to this location and I leave happy each time. Thank you all so much for everything! You all deserve a rasie! -Love Breona

I go to Dunkin on Northpoint Blvd almost every day and have never had a problem with the service until this morning. I placed my order for 3 donuts. Instead of the girl getting my order , she stands there and chats and laughs with 2 other co workers. I stand there for about 2 mins until I say" Can someone get my order"? The cashier starts to get them and another little girl with braces says, "You just ordered." It doesn't matter if I just ordered, you take care of the customer until the order is fulfilled and then stand there and chat. To top it off, After I get down the road a ways, the little girl only gave me 2 of my 3 donuts. I couldn't turn around at this point. If she had gotten them right away maybe she would have remembered.

They often made me feel like my drink order (which wasn't customized; just straight from the menu) was a hassle.

One, whoever made my latte did fantastic.. I like bitter but sweet which doesn’t really make sense so not many people can understand the flavor I’m looking for .. but this Dunkin definitely did. And the napkin with the note made my day because I definitely am having a rough one. I drive but I got it doordashed because I couldn’t get out of my funk and this helped me ?

Friendly and fast service. The customer service is great. The lady that works in the afternoon at the drive-thru actually remembers your name.
