The food and service were good BUT they are now charging 4% fee for credit card use. This was Not disclosed to us until the bill came. There is a small sign in the front of the restaurant that I found when we were leaving because I looked for it. Who carries cash now a days to pay for a dinner? I know that these fees are apparently the wave of the future but all they do is lead to people eating out less often and there by affecting their profit even more.

My husband and I came in and sat in the booth area near the bar. It was our first time in this location. My food was good, however, my husband's steak was tough. He had asked for steak sauce that he didn't receive. We noticed that there was seating upstairs but it was too late because we had already sat down. We must have went into the wrong entrance but we didn't know. The staff was friendly enough and the only thing wrong with the service was not getting the steak sauce. I wouldn't go back to this location but would go to the Bel Air one instead

: ( Disappointing holiday meal experience! Still waiting to be sat on Thanksgiving over 40 minutes after our reservation, hostess blames other customers just sitting around, now have to relocate disabled family members outside in the dark, 30 degree weather, down a steep un-lit path and into the run down basement bar to eat. The smell of air-fresher and the dirty cobwebs on the ceiling speaker made me question the cleanliness. Finally get to order 50 minutes after reservation and they are out of cranberry sauce already. One hour and 15 minutes later and 1 out of 5 of us were served. 15 minutes later 2 more got soup. Finally we were all finished eating by 2 hrs past reservation. The food was mid… The wait staff was great but the rest of their team let them down. So sad after many years of this being our family spot.

We celebrated our daughter's 40th birthday there. We had purchased a snack tray and everyone ordered their own picks from the regular menu. Josh, the bartender and everyone else working that evening were very friendly and attentive to our needs

Me, my wife and Daughter went to this location to try something different well it was different to say the least we should have know since the tables had not been cleaned, my wofe borrowed the cleaner to do our table and apparently upset the person that was supposed to clean.
They had a special for a Charcuterie board which we were excited to get, once it arrived we noticed that the meats were brown not the normal reddish or pink color it should be when fresh. The plate was terrible, even the fruits, cheese and nuts were bad and this was for a special. My Daughter's rock fish was good and the jambalaya was ok. Even the desserts we had to go had dates that were almost a week old when we got home,server tried to apologize but he was extremely over worked, probably will not go back again.
