I placed and order it was wrong so I went in and ordered and it was still wrong ! At this point I don’t know what’s the disconnect about !

I spent $8 on a drink in the drive thru and it wasn’t made the way I ordered it. This has been happening quite frequently at this location and it’s making me not want to come to this location anymore.

I ordered drive thru and coffee wasn’t ready, they told me to come inside. It wasn’t busy. They were all standing around chatting. Very lazy and unprofessional

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m not a picky person but if I am going to spend $7 for a drink it should at least taste right. I was late for work because I had to ask them to make my drink over twice. It still wasn’t right. So I went to the store on Mountain road and the young lady made it exactly like it is supposed to taste. Kudos to Mountain road store.
