Rocky who owns the stores knows his customers names and orders by heart and is always polite and friendly. I’ve been to a lot of subway restaurants but this one is by far the best subway I’ve ever had the pleasure of buying from so many times

I eat here about once or twice a month and each time, the sandwich gets smaller. They have less meat & cheese with every visit and even the veggies are fewer each time. Last time cucumbers were sliced so thin a person could see through them. My last visit will be the last time I eat at this location because the sandwich was so ridiculously thin I could barely taste the meat on it and I couldn’t tell it had cheese on it. I’ve also noticed they now have a hood over the meats & cheeses so the customer can’t see them placing ingredients on the bread. It’s clear why they don’t want customers to see them preparing the sandwiches. Do they think we can’t see the sandwiches are getting thinner??

Once again Subway…you make me look stupid to my family.. when I order six subs…each one a slight variation, I always track them thru the line. This time, you left out one whole hot sub!!! When we called they said that we would come and get it… who is doing QC at the checkout to assure the order is correct!. It is too much to ask the customer to monitor the order is complete when seeking dinner with their family!!???
