Food was great, beer was great, the staff was better. We were in town for Great Wolf Lodge and wanted to try something local. They had solid options, two of my kids are gluten free, and they enjoyed their meals.
The kitchen got slammed, right as we ordered. They communicated well, our food came as it was ready. It was hot and tasty. I had the Philly Special, it was delicious. The two beers I had, Contraband and Treason, were awesome. I liked Treason more, a nice west coast IPA.
We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in town
When we pulled into the parking lot, we were a bit skeptical since it seemed empty and we weren’t sure if they were even open. We got out to check, and thankfully the doors were open. Seating is self-serve, which was fine, and our server was super nice and patient. Honestly, it was refreshing to finally experience great customer service in Maryland!
We started with the fried pickles, which were breaded perfectly—not too heavy—and paired really well with the dipping sauce. The kids split a boneless chicken wing meal and loved it. The cornbread-style breading was nicely fried, and they cleaned their plates. The fries were fresh and clearly made to order.
My wife ordered the steak sammie, and the steak was cooked perfectly—tender and full of flavor. I usually get offered a bite, but not this time, so that tells you how good it was. I went with the crab cake sammie because, when in Maryland, you have to get crab. It did not disappoint at all. It came with a great tartar sauce, and the crab cake had zero filler—definitely one of the better ones I’ve had.
The beers here are a must-try. The imperial stout was excellent, and the ciders were incredibly flavorful. This place truly has it all: great food, solid drinks, and even slot machines if you’re into that.
Highly recommended. ⭐️ 4.5/5
Hunter the server was great. Food was great and beer was great
The beer here was EXCELLENT earlier this year, but has gone downhill in the last couple months. Now it’s barely drinkable. Whatever changes this company made are not good. Used to be a loyal customer, will not be returning any time soon.
Dirty glasses for the Beer Wall.- I had to hunt through all the shelves for a semi-decent one. I felt uneasy drinking from that cup still. The water spouts on the Beer Wall didn’t work.
Food was greasy and salty. The chicken tenders were over breaded and too salty. The veggie potstickers had an off taste, I was afraid to keep eating them.
Bathroom had puke dried in the toilet and the trash was full. One of the two paper towel dispensers was empty. The soap dispenser was very close to empty- has to pump many times for enough soap.
There were only two people doing service - they were nice but they needed more help. Asking for things felt awkward. We had to seat ourselves, get our own menus, order all our own food and drinks, and bill.
The table Tabasco sauce was watery and separated like it had gone bad. The other condiments were greasy/dirty as if they don’t get cleaned.
The soup we ordered came out cold (it’s supposed to be hot).
I’d be wary of any high reviews relying on the novelty of the Beer Wall for points… they did not invent this feature nor do they do it justice.
Upon further reflection- editing to be one star instead of two.
This place was awful my steak was simply awful I got the slider trio I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE TRIO SLIDERS.
The atmosphere is a blend of low key and a modern with outdoor steel porch tables and chairs, diner style kitchen and brewery vats in the background. Dining isn't too spacious despite the open room.
They had a pumpkin brew they drizzled the rim of the glas with caramel, cinnamon and sugar, which was nice, but beer purist may not dig it. Cool idea, I say keep it. But the waitress asked if I want it on the glass, so big plus.
Food was really good, with the fried pickles and chicken fingers being my favorite. Also, you can get a filet mignon burger here! My wife loved it! Mac N Cheese was stupid good!
Also, I saw they had a dance and music going and it was pretty pacled from what I saw, but we had toddlers with us so we didnt check it out. (This was on a saturday)
One last thing, great place to go if you are looking for a restraunt near Great Wolf or Hollywood Casino!
OUTSTANDING!!
As a fellow local business owner, I really appreciate great service — and they nailed it! The beer was excellent, but the food completely blew us away. Highly recommend stopping in!
Only suggestion: add a few more machine games the kids loved them and it kept them busy while we relaxed.
Great food. Amazing service from Eli and Kate! They always take good care of us!
Didn't have anything to eat, but the draft selection was pretty decent

We were there Sunday and I had the absolute best pulled pork sandwich and onion rings. I wish I lived closer. I would be there often if I did. The service was excellent. Very nice place!!
One of the best crabcake sandwiches
For starters, the chips were very crispy and delicious, and the veggie potstickers were amazing. However, the fries were burnt and did not taste that good. The build your own veggie taco was scrumptious, especially with chipotle aioli. The atmosphere was sanitary, and it even had some games to play. You had self server beer. Parking was plentiful and the overall state of the building was spacious and really nice.
Absolutely hands down one of the best breweries I visited. Place is quite big for a brewery and offers tables outside ( def nice addition for a cool evening). They have a few big rooms where they run comedy shows , musical nights etc, they do rent for private events also ( not sure about the price ) The food was fresh and absolutely delicious ( they do catering) , kitchen stuff is definitely taking a pride in what they do , plus I saw them several times goofing off , so that’s always a great sign, Happy people- make happy food😍 and I was right , it was absolutely delicious 🤤 price was reasonable, fried pickles were $9 and pork belly sliders $14 ( on special) . But the best feature is a Beer-tap 🍺🍻 where you can help yourself, And they charge you by ounces you put in your cup , kinda like gas on the gas station! So you have an option of serving yourself about 15 different beers with any amount you like from as little as few tablespoons( just to try) all the way to the full cold glass of fresh brewed . Dave was super helpful and welcoming , he took his time to explain how all this works , expressed quite a knowledge of the beer and brewery in general. Never “abandoned “ me and make sure I have all I need at all time . Unique, welcoming and pleasant - that’s the three words I would like to use for this place .If you are any near , do stop by, it will definitely worth your while…
A great selection of beers. The food left something to be desired but the customer service was quick and efficient.
