The Sportsbook Restaurant at Hollywood Casino Perryville

I am submitting this complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to Hollywood Casino Perryville while I was playing at the craps table. It wasn’t until I was winning and shooting the dice that I was subjected to repeated unprofessional conduct by Casino Supervisor Chelli (Caucasian female with brunette hair and glasses). She engaged in behavior that included heckling, belittling, and mocking me, all while failing to clarify any gaming rules I may have violated. Her comments and behavior amounted to racist slurs and bigotry. When I attempted to address the situation, her behavior persisted until another supervisor intervened. Her inappropriate conduct disrupted my enjoyment and created a hostile environment. Such actions were unbecoming of a casino supervisor and caused significant discomfort for me and other patrons at the table. This behavior was unprofessional and warrants appropriate reprimand. I would like to emphasize that I have never encountered such treatment at any other casino. Therefore, I respectfully request a thorough investigation into this matter and the implementation of corrective action to ensure that I, or any other patrons, do not experience similar mistreatment in the future. I affirm that the information provided in this statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

My husband and I used to visit this establishment frequently, but after this past weekend, we will never return. He had a terrible experience with the pit boss, who was incredibly disrespectful and displayed clear acts of racism. She singled him out from a table of players—most of whom were of a different race—and repeatedly made inappropriate and offensive comments, including unpleasant jokes at his expense. The situation made both of us extremely uncomfortable, to the point where he turned to me and said, “Let’s go. We’re never coming back here again.” It was a truly unacceptable experience.

I was here a couple weeks ago sometime between 3 and 5 am and was passing a blackjacktable with only one player when I saw THE PITBOSS (someone who’s entire job is to assure that there is no cheating on anybody’s part at all) shift to a position where she could see the players hand and then signal to the dealer to communicate what his cards were. It was so blatant that she even SAW me catch her and had a look of surprise when I kept walking and minded my own business. Shady.

9 out of 10 times the soda machine don't work. many occasions have sat for hours with no beverage server coming around. drink and food pricing high compared to del park. food is not very good at all and have been served dried out food or they have taken it upon themselves to sub without telling or asking. Just last night nov 15 had a lady with a wheel cart that was blocking the isle so that you could not walk through she may have been homeless as her cart was full of items even a blanket while she slept for hours apx 3 to 7 pm at a slot while no money or play was involved I had to catch her 2x as she almost fell out of the seat while she slept told security that I couldn't enjoy my time as I was to nervous about her falling over, they did nothing except offer her some coffee, but she said she wanted cappuccino so they laughed and walked away and she went back to sleep, to allow this is so WRONG...

They need to replace the head chef as it is his way and refuses to prepare food as the customer wants. They menu has changed drastically and and the food is subpar, barely a half a step over fast food!

This casino gets a very poor rating, 1 out of 5. Been going to the casino since getting off the cruise ship last month. First, it is just an ugly box, with poor service. Many machines are broken or turned off. As for playing, this review is just for slots, I think the State of MD has forced the casino to offer the LOWEST payout (RTP) in the industry. I would say on average 65 to 72 percent. There are no hot machines whether you bet big or little. I’ve seen a few people hit nice payouts (one lady hit $6K twice in two weeks), I seen a few in the range of $2,200 to $2,400, and some other just above the tax threshold of $1,200. However, the vast majority (85-92 percent) of people are just pumping money into the machines with very low odds versus a real casino. I highly recommend going out of state to play if you can. Knowing these machines are RNG's doesn't change my mind of the real hard facts that this casino sucks.

The restaurant was clean and the waitress was very nice and friendly. The food was average at best. If we were not that hungry, we would not have tried it.

I have went this casino multiple times. The amount of trickery and corruption I witnessed today is like no other. I came into the casino played a few hands of blackjack on a new shoe. The pitboss made the dealer shuffle the cards again for a brand new shoe after the table won a few times in a row. Whenever someone increased there bet the pitboss made the dealer shuffle again. Not only that they didn’t pay me my side bets correctly. Ordered a cheese steak forgot the tomatoes. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN. STOP SENDING ME MAILERS WITH PROMOS.

Great old bay chicken

Burger was basic & prepared well with fresh cut chips. The Crabby Mac smelled awful, tasted almost as bad. Host was was attentive. Like the arcade games set up that are available.

Kid-friendliness: It’s in the casino but kids can enjoy the restaurant & small game area.

I ordered a special that was with a crabcake(no seasoning), fried catfish(fried too hard, with the skin falling off) and tater tots that was over powered with old bay. As much as I love old bay smh just too much of it for no reason. I told the waitress (who kept bringing the wrong sauce) and she said "that's how they do with the old bay here. Smh never again will I eat here. We ended up going to McDonald's and enjoyed that alot more.

Not a good experience for my first time being here. Extremely chaotic, and unorganized. We put our name on the waitlist were told we’d have a one and a half hour wait. It turned out to be almost a three hour wait, we were never seated and therefore I can’t comment on the food! Maybe the next time there’s a band there they’ll get it together!

There's no type of transportation there or back to ur place you ask any of the employees there and they tell you the same this that your stuck ther till 6 orb7 am if u get there the day before had to walk over a hour to get to mu

Had high hopes for this place. Our family was at Great Wolf lodge and decided to try this place out. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. They claim to have a new menu and chef, but maybe that has happened yet.
