I ordered a special that was with a crabcake(no seasoning), fried catfish(fried too hard, with the skin falling off) and tater tots that was over powered with old bay. As much as I love old bay smh just too much of it for no reason. I told the waitress (who kept bringing the wrong sauce) and she said "that's how they do with the old bay here. Smh never again will I eat here. We ended up going to McDonald's and enjoyed that alot more.

Not a good experience for my first time being here. Extremely chaotic, and unorganized. We put our name on the waitlist were told we’d have a one and a half hour wait. It turned out to be almost a three hour wait, we were never seated and therefore I can’t comment on the food! Maybe the next time there’s a band there they’ll get it together!

There's no type of transportation there or back to ur place you ask any of the employees there and they tell you the same this that your stuck ther till 6 orb7 am if u get there the day before had to walk over a hour to get to mu

Had high hopes for this place. Our family was at Great Wolf lodge and decided to try this place out. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. They claim to have a new menu and chef, but maybe that has happened yet.

This place has a great menu for both kids and adults. The service was great and the food was delicious. Over all a great experience and will definitely try them again.
Stopped to get dinner 10 tables of people maybe.. 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, seated us at a table. Waitress that seated us never said a word except follow me. Then sat another 15 minutes and still was not even offered drinks. Never did see any staff except the bartender that was working the bar.

My family and I love the new Barstool sports in the casino. Its not fine dining so expect bar food, but overall, we have enjoyed every time we have been there. We've had the wings, cheesesteak, soft pretzel with crab dip, and nachos which all were great and again, bar food! We love the atmosphere and have never had an issue with service. Everyone there has been very nice and we will continue to go back!

So I've eaten there three times over the last couple months.. SUPER SLOW SERVICE AND EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME ON FOOD ORDERS... 2 out 3 times food wasn't hot. A shame as I enjoy the Casino but think that this "Restaurant" is extremely subpar.

Two years after receiving permission to park In their truck parking area, and dining in the restaurant’s as requested - we received this notice on our truck.In addition, About 6 weeks ago we had an incident In their truck parking lot where someone stole the fuel from our truck. The security team told us to park close to the camera.We even spent time cleaning up the lot after other truckers, even yesterday when the trash can blew over and trash blowing around, we took a bungee and connected the can to a pole and picked up the blowing trash.Now we get this ????#hollywoodcasino #againstlocalbusinesses #singlingoutlocaltrucker
