We are from out of town here to celebrate my son’s birthday at GWL. We mistakenly stopped by Dennys for a terrible experience. Two of us ordered something that was apparently not on the menu right now but we were not told until after we put our orders in. So we substituted as the server told us we could, only for her to come back and say the manager said no because “if she lets one customer do it then she has to let them all.” We were only substituting because you are out of what we want!! My son didn’t get the right meal either. The server was nice but you could tell there was someone with a stick in a place in the back. I wouldn’t recommend and we’ll never return. The customer is not right at this place.

Just left there. We ordered French toast, scrambled eggs with cheese and hash browns to replace the meat that we don't eat. The eggs were delicious and fluffy, the French toast was good although no taste of eggs in them. The hash browns were terrible because they were barely brown and had a weird taste which I later learned was liquid margarine. We didnt eat them and complained in person. Using vegetable oil would've been tastier.
The atmosphere was nice but cold and everyone in there kept their coats on.

Poor customer service for pick up orders. Took over 30 minutes after the expected time to get my order after waiting 15 minutes to be noticed.
Staff is friendly and attentive. Always smiling and having fun while working. I would definitely recommend stopping in.

The only reason I gave their food 2 stars is because of my meal. I ordered their pumpkin pecan pancakes which were really good but the server poured half the bottle of syrup on them so I wasn't even able to eat all of 2 pancakes. She pretty much ruined a great breakfast dish! 🥞 And she waited 15 min to bring the toast for my fiance's meal that we could see waiting for her to serve. We just left when she finally served the toast.
