Our waitress was great. The food was good. The restaurant just needs a little upgrade with the entrance,it just did not look clean when we walked in. This location is a perfect alternative to Great Wolf Lodge for reasonable meals! We did both dine in and carried out.

We have eaten here many times throughout the years and thus watched what felt like the decline. Today was the last straw as when we arrived we were seated with menus and left alone with no one coming around to take even a drink order from us while other tables are being seated and served at the same time. After 15 minutes of waiting we go up to the front register and asked if someone could come take our order. The woman comes over with no notepad and incorrectly remembers to bring each of us a water and only brought one to the table. I ordered a 6.15$ or something milkshake and was shocked to see it come in a to go cup instead of the standard milkshake cup I have known for my whole life and there was no extra in the metal mixing cup or even a metal cup accompanying at all. This was the last straw as we stand to go to the exit and cancel our finally placed food order. As I complain about the size of my milkshake my waitress smiles and says that they should come in standard and that was her mistake. She stole over half the milkshake I paid for and was going to say nothing and let me pay for something I didn't receive even after the treatment we were given being forgotten about for 15 minutes in a half filled restaurant. I never sipped the milkshake as I was unsatisfied with the size and returned the whole order. Will never being going back to what was a family favorite restaurant for years.

It was great, next door to One 9, the lady at One was rude....idk why but Denny was good All the way around.
Staff super friendly. Food was good and fast. Fairly clean, only a few steps better then Waffle house in cleanliness. Would visit again as the staff were awesome and great location for great wolf.

The food was a waste of money. It was disgusting except for the burger. The French toast, eggs, and bacon breakfast was definitely not it. My daughter’s tender, potatoes and broccoli was a no go. The potatoes were definitely boxed potatoes because I’ve never seen potatoes so runny. Tip was deserved because of the good service but you’re better off cooking at home.
