We came for a quick bagel, coffee and donuts. The line for the drive thru contained 6 cars and wasnt moving. So we went in, we counted 7 employees and 3 were outside smoking. We ordered bagels, hashbrowns, donuts and coffee from the kiosk. The coffee was ready fairly quick. The bagels were burnt and dry, the hashbrowns were all stuck together and not cooked in the middle. The coffee was just OK. The donuts were very small compared to other dunkin donuts. The icing on the cake though was the army of flies flying around the inside. Not a clean place. Just go down the road to the other dunkin. Its worth the drive.

I went inside to order a drink at 6:52 am this morning. The lady that checked me out at the cash register was obviously high on some sort of substance. She was barely coherent and kept nodding off during our few minutes of conversation. I guess Dunkin Donuts don’t do drug test on their employees.

One of the staff members had her dog behind the counter. This is a huge issue. Even if it was a service dog it should never be behind the counter. I called the owner and the Health Department.

Imagine using mobile order and pulling up to discover they have discontinued one of your items and then being told that it's been there for months, then asking for a replacement. They hand you your replacement not even bagged and then it's dry and burnt! No thank you! Cherry on top was my iced coffee tasted like literal burned dookie. McDonald's it is. Oh and the mini stuffed were still half cold!

I went in to this dunkin twice two different days.. I have working in food service for almost a decade.Not a busy time but point 1. I ordered a matcha and when I got out of the drive thru i went to take a sip and plastic wrap came out of the drink..So I pulled back in the line and let them know and the person looked at me funny and said “um what do you want me to do with that? we dont have any more matcha we used it all on that one” not a good response kinda confused but snarky. point 2. personal hygiene every time i got my order the worker handing my order had black dirty unkept nails and it makes me question thr cleanliness of this store.. So i unfortunately will be going to another store if I need a coffee or anything similar.

Worst Dunkin ever. Last time I asked for extra cream cheese. The girl at the registers was extremely nice but didn't put it on the ticket so when I asked the lady making it to fix the bagel she got an attitude with me and had a girl walk me back to the register cut in front of the people ordering to charge me 1.00 for extra cream cheese. Already decided wasn't going back but my girlfriend went and stopped to surprise me on her way home. This time asked for 6 pieces of ice (if you say less ice they still give you half a cup) in my iced coffee because I like to actually drink all of it not watered down .. they still gave me a half a cup of ice. My girlfriend didn't notice until she got home. Never going there again. She even said they were rude when she ordered. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice but I'm pretty sure the supervisor barking orders who made me pay for extra cream cheese needs a lesson in customer service and being nice to her crew.

The morning employees at this location are rock stars. I have stood in line in the drive-through and inside and watch them work as a unit.
The only complaint that I have is to the customers who are pretentious and have overinflated egos who over complicate their orders and payment methods in the drive-through line which cause huge delays
If you don’t want to take the time to learn how to use your payments or the Dunkin app walk inside
If you wanna buy large orders or drinks that are time consuming to make get out of your car and walk inside, you could probably use the exercise.
Which is the staff that have to endure those type of people you are well commended and thank you

Somehow they always manage to forget something, and the order is always wrong; if the order is not wrong then the food sucks.

Made an online order, went to pick it up, and the prepared pick-up was made incorrectly. Mentioned the mistake, being respectful and kind; because we are human, we make mistakes, and the employee was obviously disrupt. He went to fix the order, and left the drive through window open. I could overhear him talking to his friends (co-workers) how much he hated white people. They laughed simultaneously.

Absolutely disgusting way to handle a minor inconvienence, especially with racism. This spot is obviously going downhill seeing the previous reviews. I'll take the extra 2 miles and go to a different coffee chain from now on. Do Better.
