Food and coffee was really good and the service was too! But if you are looking for a warm and cozy atmosphere this isn’t it. The seating is very uncomfortable. This is more designed for a young crowd only stop and go not to stick around.

After seeing all the negative reviews I wanted to share my experience. Now we did have a wait but they are making all the drinks fresh by order so no complaints. Food was very good, especially those potatoes!! We did wait for the food at a table and it was brought out.
It was our first visit and I plan to return soon.
If you’re traveling along route 40 in Maryland then you definitely need to stop at Grounded Coffee Co. The atmosphere is a pleasant surprise, beautiful decor and ambiance inside. Plenty of seating, and friendly staff. They have a bunch of coffee options, but I went with the specialty, The Dude White Russian iced latte. The latte was made perfectly and very flavorful.
