Was at Brookside market this past Saturday with my mom her favorite place. She had the crabcake dinner was great. I ordered the pork tendering medallions over red potatoes and brussels sprouts it was fantastic. I was actually licking the plate when I was done. Service was great. The atmosphere was wonderful. We got there around four30 and by 530 the place was packed. Keep up the good work we will be back.

Every time I stopped by, I had a pleasant experience with their staff, and food was really tasty. My favorite two items are their delicious brick oven pizza, and Reuben sandwich. Yum!!!

We've dined at Brookside many, many times. Sadly the only thing that tends to be consistent are the high prices. Earlier this week, we dined there and had a server. Today, you had to order at the counter. A cheese steak here runs $13, while across the street at Strapasta it's $8.45. A pint of half and half crab soup runs $15, while across the street at Conrad's it runs $7.99. On top of the high prices they hit you up with a 3% convenience fee if you eat there or a carry out fee if you don't. Sandwiches don't include fries, but you can buy those for an extra $4. No lemons out for the tea. I know food in the Jacksonville / Phoenix area is a little higher than normal, but Brookside's prices are just way out of place. Sorry, but for these prices and additional random fees, I expect much better.
