Love coming here for convenience but they charge much more than other Starbucks, including other ones in Safeways. I get charged $1.25+ extra every time for flavored cold foam, even though they’re menu as well as the menu on the app says that it’s included in the specific drink that I’m ordering. The price and quality of the drink also varies according to who rings up and makes the drink as well.

I approach the register and see a young woman standing about 2 feet back from the register, fiddling on her phone. Her co-worker is helping another customer. The phone fiddling young woman says to me she’ll be right with me. A few minutes later, still fiddling and still not doing her job. Her coworker comes over to me a few minutes later and helps me. While walking away, I heard the coworker ask the fiddler if she found what she was looking for.Not sure how keeping a paying customer waiting for you while you fiddle on your phone has anything to do her job description.

I go there everyday before work! I work at the Goodwill down the strip. They always make you feel welcomed and they’re the sweetest people! Great coffee as well!! Love this place!

I went to this location on 11/13/21. Two very nice girls were working at this location and it was completely slammed. There was probably 10 people waiting for drinks. A man was yelling at these poor girls who were working their butts off, complaining that his drinks were taking too long. He wanted them to stop what they were doing to page the supervisor and was very rude belittling them. They handled him well and were doing an amazing job! Wanted to share in case this man decides to list a nasty review! I got my drink in the rush in under 5 minutes & was delicious.

Best frozen moca latte with whipped cream I've ever tasted! This Starbucks located in the Jacksonville Safeway has amazing baristas! They are all patient, eager to please and go out of their way to give you an excellent coffee flavor experience. Can't wait to return to try another delicious drink! This little coffee bar has small cozy tables to sit and either cool down with a frozen/cold drink or warm up with a hot coffee. A great place to visit before or after grocery shopping.
