Amazing! My baby loved his lanky box cake for his 5th bday party. He had a vision & they executed it perfectly. It turned out better than I could’ve imagined, they did such a great job on his cake. It looked really nice & it was delicious. Ordering was simple, easy and fast. I will definitely be ordering again for our next events.

First time ordering from the cake studio, I’ve always wanted the opportunity to stop by the store and I did for my nephew’s 9th birthday. The service was flawless and stress free. The pick up was on time and the details were exactly what I asked for! My nephew was so excited. The party guest loved the flavor, (I got the cookies & cream). Also the price was so reasonable and love that. I will definitely be back!

I ordered a 7" coconut cake as a birthday cake. It was super tasty, even the icing was great and I'm not easy to please with icing. It came 4 layers tall! Definitely one of the best coconut cakes I've had. The appearance of the cake was a little underwhelming, but I just ordered a generic birthday cake so I got what I got. I'll definitely try them again.

Ordered custom cake and cookies for a birthday. I went in to the studio with reference pics and had a very detailed conversation about what I wanted which was all written down on my order form. The cake was pretty basic and came out fine with no issues. However, the reference pictures I shared had about 5 different cookie designs. I chose only 3 of the designs. I asked for the football jersey, helmet, and round happy birthday cookies. When I received my cookies I noticed that one of the designs were not what I had asked for (plain footballs). I wasn’t given an update prior to pickup letting me know that they had to change the designation. I wasn’t even told this at pickup. It wasn’t until I got home and opened the bag that I saw cookies I had not wanted/ordered. I was left with no other options as the event was the same day. Nice cookies just not what I ordered. Was trying to support local businesses but I would not recommend.

We hired Melanie to make both our wedding cake, as well as a cake for our engagement party. She knocked both out of the park! She was able to take our custom logo design and incorporate it into her own vision - she has a great eye. We also got rave reviews from several of our guests on the taste. I cannot recommend her enough!

Update: another year another party and i returned and asked for a 3 tier toy story cake and she delivered, hit it out of the park again. Everyone was raving about the tatse too. A lot of the party goers werent big cake people but they were asking for seconds and wanting to know just were i got the cake from. Also like a true idiot i didnt specify i needed to pick the cake up the day before the party and when i got there she told me it wasnt ready and that its scheduled for pickup tomorrow. I strated to break down and freak out, she so nocley offered to deliver it for me amd save the day. She only wanted to charge me a measly $20 for delivery going all the way from owings mills to Nottingham, i wasnt having it and made her charge me at least $40. And sure enough she was there early next morning cake and all. A big thank you and you already had a loyal customer but you have a truly grateful and happy one too. And did i mention this true work of art was only around $500...thats it for this magnificent beauty. Usually you get cakes like these for the art but you not only get a work of art but a truly tasty cake. We got cookies n cream, strawberry and pinapple carmel, they were all loved but id say the pinapple carmel was the biggest hit. I personally love the cookies and cream.
Holy crap! This cake was amazing, both in taste and visually! Let me start by saying that I am not a cake person, I don't like cake and I never eat it but I tried some of this cake, one tier was pineapple Carmel and the other was strawberry. Well let me tell you that pineapple Carmel especially was so good I was blown away. I actually ate a full slice which is unheard of for me. Everyone was going Gaga over how good it was and my SIL now wants to get one for her sisters wedding shower. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered! It was perfect! worth every penny. The smash cake we got was chocolate but it had a mint icing that was so good too. I really can't get over how good these were. They weren't to light or too dense and perfectly moist! So happy and will definitely be a return customer!
